Called to have a wheel hub replacement during the week. The owner said we are open on Saturday, bring it in in the morning and we can get it on. Showed up with the stated amount and the part; the owner let me sit in the office while the part was installed. Quick, simple and easy mechanical work done at fair prices.

Went here a couple months ago and the service is amazing. They are so kind and truly get you the best deal and give you the best work. Replaced my starter and kept it at a reasonable price. I’ve had no issues since. My neighbor told me about this place when I was having car trouble, and now I’ll go there forever. I got my boyfriend to go there too and they’ve been so helpful with his truck. Super reasonable price and great work on his truck. Any time my friends or family mention car troubles the first thing I tell them is to go here!

This is a fantastic business, run by wonderful people. I had a great experience with Hibiscus, when my starter went out on a business trip. That's a weird sentence, but it's true. The service was top quality, but even just talking with Tony was enjoyable. Would definitely break down in Edgewater again.

I recommend this auto repair shop to anyone in need of car service. Mr. Tony, Ms. Mel, and the technicians are amazing, and they make sure all your questions are answered. They treat you like family. Transparent and very reasonable pricing. They don't push unnecessary repairs on you, if it's not broken or don't need fixing they will suggest to leave it. The quality of their work is top-notch and they give warranty for the repairs that they've made.Their facility is clean and organized, which explain how efficient the service is (in and out quick!).In summary, if you're looking for an auto repair shop that is transparent, great quality, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service - look no further. Tony & his crew go over & beyond for their customers. Family owned business. No corporate ripoff & shady business. They’ve gone over & beyond for me a few times where I would have been stranded otherwise. Many customers are local & loyal to Tony because of their honest work, reasonable costs & just the fact that they treat you as a human being instead of a dollar to be made. I won’t even let another shop touch my car. Highly recommend Hibiscus to everyone

Tonys okay but his old lady is the one that turns away customers as she sees fit no worries found someone else to give my money to. All good. Wish u well tony. The other not so much. Didn't know she's the one that ran everything. And decides which clients her boyfriend should have and not have. At least with the new place I go to they are always happy to lend a hand no matter the personal circumstances.

I will never use them again ac failed after the first month which i paid 600 dollars for then had to pay 540 when ac was under repair ended up still costing me take your business elsewhere
