“Mary is extremely Helpful. Swapped out the MDC gauges in a Mastercraft to regular analog gauges, and was needing the appropriate sending unit to accommodate the new fuel gauge. She was able to pull the part number from the old sending unit and get me sorted with the one I need. Great service!!”
“My Metro PCS WiFi box stop connecting to the Internet so I called customer support and literally stayed on the phone for two hours trying every troubleshooting trick that the phone representative knew to do until it was obvious that it was not going to work. So I got in my car and drove to our local Metro store where I purchased the WiFi box to try to get it exchanged but instead the representative that was working that day Krysti assured me that she could help me... she got on the phone with I'm guessing corporate and with in ten minutes I was walking out a very happy customer and my WiFi has worked excellent ever since... she was very efficient and had a really nice personality very good people skills... I've dealt with every representative that works this store and she was hands down the best”
