I like to leave good reviews and this will be one of them. The customer service here is great when dealing with John. He is very knowledgeable and doesn’t mind taking the time to explain the item description along with how to use it. The selection is great and the price is right. His ammunitions prices are the best in the entire area and can’t be beat. Plus John gave me a great deal on a rifle and a few freebie items to go with it. I’m Very pleased with my purchase and it was good doing business here.

Makes own business rules versus following FSS on mandatory wait period of firearm transfer. In this case it’s not harmful to society, it’s just not the regulation nonetheless. They instill the 3 day wait period of firearm transfer when the “retailer” calls NICS. Per FSS there is no wait period as soon as a buyer passes a background check.The wait period is mandatory after purchase per FSS 790.0655 : A mandatory 3 day wait period after “purchase” of firearm. Excluding weekends. They did not follow the FSS. The wait will be longer if you use this gun shop as a FFL. I suggest some other place.

This is a well stocked shop and John always goes out of his way to make customers feel welcome. I've gotten a couple of guns from him and they have always been fair deals and good values. He's my "go to" gun guy.

Went in with a friend and started talking with the owner. I have a pretty hard to find parts gun for a Mossberg 42C my grandfathers gun from 1956. It was missing the barrel hood site cover. Asked if he had it? "Wait here I've got a personal stash!". He had it and only want a few dollars for what I consider another priceless part as I restore the gun! Very friendly and helpful! My next purchase will be here!
