Been here three years,great service and information with Jacob,now they have a young lady who's lacking customer service,only trys to sell to meet her quota doesn't care about the customers needs,can't wait to find another carrier just so I can tell her goodbye.
It's not always about saving a couple dollars, don't try sell me something I don't need
