Called the Edgewater store to inquire about repairing my less than 2 yr old recliner. Brandon arranged for a courtesy visit from repair tech. Brandon went above and beyond to hunt down a replacement back to fix my recliner. Perfect fix…and that’s what ya call ole fashion customer service. Nice job!

In December 2023 my wife and I went to Babcock Furniture in Edgewater to shop for a new Living Room Set. Assistant Store manager Payton introduced himself to us and pointed us to what we were looking for and told us if we needed him to let him know. He walked away and allowed us time to look around, try out and discuss many options without any sales pressure. We asked questions of different sets and he was very knowledgeable. We decided on a set and settled on a Sofa, Love Seat and Recliner. We paid for the set and scheduled delivery.Delivery day came, we got a call with an ETA and the delivery men were very friendly and on time. In and out with no issues and with extreme care.Today 2/25/24 we went back and bought a Washer and Dryer. Payton was there and assisted us again.We are very pleased with the quality and look of the items sold at Badcock.5 stars for Service, delivery and Quality.

Honestly I waited almost a year so I would not write this review while I was still angry! If I could give them no stars I would.brand new furniture tried to keep it local as we are new here. Broken damaged furniture that was covered up very good so not to be seen. Loose woolly chairs called on those next day said oh well you should have got the insurance with your order that would have been more then furniture all together we tighten those while waiting on other two chairs they never called we had to chase them down. Fading on ottoman nothing done ( was delivered like that) damage on three piece wall unit it was glue back together and hidden under furniture touch up! Will finish my other rooms with any other company but this one. Crooks not community company

When first arriving to Badcock we were greeted by Payton. He was friendly and not pushy like the typical sales person would be. The delivery and set up went really well. The guys that came arrived on time and were friendly. In the future we will definitely check out Badcock when we need more furniture.

Ashley was absolutely wonderful throughout this whole.process. we had to completely furnish our new home. She was polite, patient and informative all while laughing with us over us trying to figure out what we wanted.

Bought a dining room table, chairs and bench last week. There were a few hiccups with the transaction. The manager of the Edgewater store, my salesperson Ashley and the delivery manager resolved everything quickly and with no problems. Love the product and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this store.
