Hello Jennifer,Thank you for your insight. I didn’t believe I had a claim for the Recovery Rebate Credit. I don’t understand why I received letter. Now I understand better what the IRS has been doing. As for The State of Michigan, I’m going to explore this issue closer.Jennifer for the record, I found your staff outstanding. The reason I say this is as a person with Cerebral Palsy too often people make you feel rushed when talking on the phone. They may not understand your speak , or believe you have noting to say. This was not the case with Jess. She was patient, and let me finish my thoughts. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated her actions. Quickbooks, taxes, the IRS all send shivers down my spine. I'd rather have a minor surgery than face our taxes. Seriously. I went to Audit Ready to go over our prepared taxes, but first, we needed to go through Quickbooks. Jennifer wanted to address some of the mistakes I was making. She zips around Quickbooks and goes into screens I've never even seen. She does this with a smile on her face. "I have a few suggestions that you can implement, or I can just fix them while you're here." Yes, please sign me up for you to fix them. It's true artistry to watch her. I'm amazed as I sit there. Jennifer loves numbers. She loves tax preparation, and she's good at it!Meanwhile, on my side of the desk, a panic attack is trying to form. Taxes are coming up next. I tell Jennifer. "Don't go there," she says "this is easy." "As far as your taxes go, Kim, you're getting a refund." A refund! A refund is a minor miracle for us. We had envisioned owing lots of money. 2020 was a highly complex year that took drastic measures, unemployment benefits, and an IRA withdrawal to survive. Thank God for Jennifer, the owner of Audit Ready. My husband and I will never go anywhere else.
