I called Anderson for an issue with the AC in a house I just purchased, the customer service was great and got a Tech to me right away. The Tech was professional and personable and had the issue fixed right away. I would definitely recommend Anderson to everyone.

I have used Anderson Performance Heat and Air for years and they have always been great! this is the first time i used anderson air , they were great . They answered all my questions, found out anything that i wanted to know . my new installation was fast and excellent , i needed a new ac right away and the price was reasonable. i'm going to use anderson for all my services

Anderson Performance replaced my old water-to air unit 9 years ago. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. Sporadically , when the AC turned on, the compressor would not start and the unit would blow warm air. I phoned Anderson and scheduled a service call. The technician was pleasant, but the unit did not fail while he was there so he could not diagnose the problem. I was told to call the next time there was a problem, to let the system continue to run, and the technician would come back. The unit failed about an hour after his visit and he returned. The diagnostic code indicated a high pressure problem. The technician said that 99% of the time, that code indicated an issue was with the pump/water supply. So, I paid a pump/irrigation company for a service call to check out the pump. Everything was good with the pump/water supply. I called Anderson back and was told one of the owners would come out later that day. I do understand that summer is a very busy time for AC companies. I did not get a call from the owner (who had actually installed the unit) or anyone from the office, but later that day the same technician came back to my house. He did not touch the unit, but we called the owner. No solution was offered and the owner wished me well in finding someone to fix the problem. Of course, I had to call another company. Total Comfort was able to diagnose the problem as buildup in the coils in the unit within minutes.
This review is specifically about how Anderson handled my one situation with a malfunctioning water-to-air system.

I have used Anderson for the last decade and they have been on point for us every time. It used to be just emergencies in the beginning but as the unit aged we did the maintenance package with them. They stretched the life of that thing way beyond my expectations. I knew we were going to need a new one and I wanted to stretch it even more but luck would have it, no sir. Ours went out on Sat. Zach came out on Sunday and did all he could. On the phone with the boss to see what options they could do for us. Fantastic young man, but i knew we were going to have to replace it. I sent an email for approval monday am and a team of techs were here that afternoon to replace it all. Did a great job! This unit will go on a maintenance schedule too and it will be Anderson Performance. *** I have to add a note that the office staff are wonderful to talk to, Kaitlyn, Robin and Jenny. I hope i spelled it right. Always pleasant and wanting to help!

Anderson Performance Air and Heat is the best! Over the years they have been my go-to whenever my family has an air conditioning emergency! Last night they were at my house in less than an hour. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. He detected the problem, fixed it and my house was cool in no time! I highly recommended this company to anyone wanting exceptional service.

We cannot say enough good things about this local family business. Honest, trustworthy, the best people you can get
No big business that will take you for a ride, which we, as seniors, have been up against. We can't tell you how much money their honesty saved us. They came immediately and fixed a problem we were told could not be fixed and did it within a few hrs. Mr Anderson, Sr, now retired, taught several others who now are their competitors. Choose a small family business that care about their customers.

I was initially enthusiastic about this company as it is local and one of the Anderson's named Stefan came out to look at the duct work I needed replaced.He was professional and friendly. He seemed like a good guy and her seemed knowledgeable. I figured I had finally found an A/C company I could rely on for this work and in the future.However, after a couple of weeks I still had not gotten a quote, so I called and the receptionist left a note for Stefan who was out. After a month I called again, and got the same response from the receptionist. After 2 months I called again and got the same response from the receptionist.So, I have to say, if you want a company you can rely on go somewhere else.I know there are only a few months out of the year anyone will do duct work here in Florida so it's been a huge waste of time waiting on this company. Now I have a lot less time to get a quote and get something set up to get the work done.If, for some reason, this job was not worth Stefan's time he should have simply said so instead of acting like an immature teenager and not getting back to me. That behavior is just embarrassing as an adult and embarrassing to the whole company.

I would hire her in a minute. Tom, the technician, is friendly and efficient. He solved the problem quickly and even took it a step further to prevent additional problems. It's soooo good to have my a/c blowing out COLD air once again! I highly recommend Andersen Performance. It was a very enjoyable experience with a positive outcome. THANK YOU!!!!

The experience of working with this company has been nothing short of exceptional. On a Monday morning, I reached out regarding an issue with my AC leaking, and to my delight, a representative arrived within just a few hours. Hi, just want everyone know to call Anderson Performance Heat & Air for your HVAC issues. We have been working with them for several years and could not be happier.Today Zach came for a maintenance. He was so professional, he listened, on time (well early even but we were ready for him and they called first) and he did quality work like they always have, and their maintenance plan is a bargain when compared to an off-hours emergency call and you know the HVAC systems seem to always give trouble during off-hours.Thank you Zach and the rest of the Anderson Performance Heat & Air team.
