Read my original review below for details of their first visit. We had to have them back again after having them here last week. Unfortunately, after the techs left the same problem started happening. Now it appears that the unit we purchased just over 2 years ago needs replacement. It seems like if you're paying $5200 for a new AC unit it should last longer than that. Unfortunately, we'll be going with another company and hopefully their quality will be better. Since we heard that we needed a replacement we had 2 other service companies come over and both said the unit doesn't need replacement. Advanced Air gave us 2 options 1.) a $1600 repair that might last a year or 2.) replace the unit for between 10k and 12k. We decided to get another opinion. We got 2 from 2 different companies. Advanced Air was going to charge $200/lb for refrigerant. Both of the other companies said $70/lb-ish. We are disappointed in Advanced Air and felt lied to. The company we went with charged us $600 including the refrigerant. ****Original 5 star review****I've had a great experience with AAHS's customer service. I was able to contact someone through a text message at a later hour and got very helpful and courteous service. I had not one but 2 techs arrive to assist me today with a potential issue. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. They looked at my A/C unit, took pictures, and showed me what to keep an eye on. They also sent me a picture of something we could do to make our system easier to take care of. Highly recommend. I may even purchase the twice a year maintenance coverage.

I used Advanced for all my AC and plumbing needs. I called just before 5 PM and they sent Stephen who replaced my hot water tank that night. Stephen explained everything as he went and was a pleasure to talk to.

The service tech, Riley, showed up on time, completed the service call in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable of the equipment and provided professional service. We have used Advanced in the past and will continue use them in the future for our A/C, electrical and plumbing needs.

These people are horrible! They schedule appointments and don't show up for 8 hours, they charge you in advance for services they don't show up for, and then after 10 calls, and requesting to speak to a manager 3 times about your frustrations the managers do not bother to call you back to resolve the matter. Then they refuse to credit your account. You state that it is illegal to take peoples money like that they say you threaten them with the word illegal or legal they are instructed to hang up on you. Don't waste your time with such unprofessional people. Then the next day they contact you wanting to sell you a brand new AC installation. The odds of that happening to you are the same experience I have had.
