The African American lady at the front working on 11/27/23 is rude and dismissive and obviously hates her job. Clearly is only there to get a check as she has no customer service skills. She should be in the back and not in the front helping customers with her nasty attitude. Somebody pissed in her cheerios. Don’t waste your time at this ghetto establishment in run down area

We moved from Davie FL which has the absolute worst USPS (extremely rude staff, postmen constantly misdeliver/ignore 2nd address line and ignore do not bend) in the country and it is such a huge relief to find this post office near my new home that is just the total opposite of Davie USPS. The staff are wonderful here and I'm very grateful for them. I only wish they had later hours during the week and some weekend hours would be great too but really no big deal. Keep up the great work Eaton Park USPS!!!

I have never had any problems with the other two ladies but Melissa is so rude every time I come in there she acts like she hates me I try to be nice to her .I come in there at least every week because I have a online business and I think she knows that and she’s jealous but then again I don’t know what her problem is that’s just my theory But today will be the last day that I will ever go there again and I spend a lot of money in this post office shipping packages for now on I’ll be going to another location because of Melissa‘s rudeness

I've been using this U.S. Post Office for the past 2 years. I find that the staff here are some of the most friendly and professional of any post office that I have used in the past in any of the states I've lived. They are quick to suggest options to save on shipping costs, etc. The office is smaller than others but it kinda gives you the "hometown " feeling.

I had to ship out a small box and this was the closest Post Office. I would say it is a smaller post office in comparison to others, but very easy to navigate inside. It is behind a building so location-wise, you may pass it driving on Combee road if you are not paying attention. Upon walking in and walking up to the counter the individual working wasn't very sociable. Mel, the individual helping me with my package, did help me save money by switching boxes; however, she was not very personable and very direct. It came across that she was annoyed. I did hear the worker at the counter next to me be kinda rude to the customers she was helping.

I would give this place no stars if I could. There's a rude, arrogant woman working here, of no help and would not let me pick up a general delivery package here even though it was in their possession. If you are faced with a similar situation, choose a different post office.

Website makes it insanely difficult to do basic things such as address changes or signing up for Informed Delivery. No wonder yall are being shut down.
