We needed a to rent a kennel while on vacation, and it was easy to do. The staff was very friendly and we were very thankful to have such a service. This place can take care of all of your pet needs.

Total hack job by the groomer!!
They asked multiple questions about how I wanted my dog groomed…and then did the exact opposite!! I asked for half the length and no shaving, especially near her bum. They shaved her belly, bum, and left only 1/2” of hair on her body.
- No transparency to tell us the groomer I spoke to was not grooming our dog
- No phone call to tell us they were running late (by an hour). It took 3.5 hours.
- No phone call to discuss or tell us they were going to shave my dog!

Love ❤️ this place! Our dog is elderly and blind so he has to have a little bit more patience and these ladies are great at what they do!!! 5 stars only because they don’t have 10 ⭐️ highly skilled people here!!

Lexi needed to be groomed while we were at the "Forgotten Coast". She looks so good and all the people from receptionist to the groomer were incredibly kind. They took a pic from my phone on how I wanted her groomed as well as listened carefully. Next time we're in the area we'll definitely be back. I'd use them all the time if we lived down here!

While vacationing on SGI during Thanksgiving, we needed a place for our black lab. The place was easy to find. It wasVery clean, and the staff were super friendly. Lastly, rather reasonable rates.Would definitely use the Pet Shop of Eastpoint again. Thank you for taking good care of my fur baby

Took Harley in for a grooming. Personally it's the best grooming he has had and he's 12 yrs old. They listened to what we wanted. They have made a customer till we are here. Thanks ladies!!! And we love the "Molly" touch!!

My husband and I and our pup Moxie are from Northern Wisconsin and have been staying on St. Joe Beach for the last month. It was time that Moxie had a spa day. Moxie is a Bijon mix with lots of white curly hair that wasn't so white after spending every day on the beach. When we picked him up, we were astonished! He's never been so white and the grooming was exceptional! The hair on his face was so artfully trimmed that his eyes look bigger than they usually do. His coat was shaped perfectly. I don't know how she managed it but his groin hair was shaved perfectly right down to his baby soft skin. Moxie is 6 years old and this is the best grooming session he's ever had and he is groomed every 6 weeks. His groomer was Jill and we would recommend her to absolutely everyone.
