Such a deal! $30 for 3 days and we rode them nonstop. Sturdy bikes that held up in the rain and the employee that helped my group was very nice.

We rented 3 bikes and a bunch of each chairs on the website and received multiple confirmations. Upon the scheduled day of delivery, nothing ever came. We called and they said that they had run out and never informed us otherwise. But by then everyone in town was sold out of bikes and chairs. So since they didn't inform us we couldn't get anything.

We rented 3 bikes for our week on the island. While the bikes weren't the greatest looking, they got the job done. It was a smooth ride. No issues. I do wish that they had baskets for the bikes, it would have made some of our trips a little easier. (It's possible they do have them and my husband just didn't ask because I did see a few with baskets). They even had a smaller bike for our youngest and he just LOVED it! We didn't get in until late the day of pickup but we were surprised to find the bikes sitting in front of our rental house when we arrived. They made the process easy and we had a blast riding around the island. We'll do it again next year!

The vehicles that are parked in the owner spots and next to bikes (2 trucks) are the company delivery trucks not the owners trucks or vehicles. Sometimes the employees take their lunch break and have no one else in store to cover them so they close for a little while. These employees do their best and try to help everyone as best as they can. If you ever have issues reaching them by phone try emailing them at their website.Thank you have a great day

They weren’t open when they said they were. Before coming, days leading up, I called 3 times (different days and times) and no one ever picked up. I called when they listed they were open.When we went by, they were closed and the owners car was parked (he has an owner spot). Some other customers were there too. We weren’t able to rent anything.

Our rental (through Collins) included a deal on bike rental, which was exclusively through Island Adventures. Nicole at island adventures provided us with outstanding customer service! There was a glitch with the rental and she went out of her way to work it out and ensure we were taken care of. Would use IA again next trip!

Very disappointed. Limited selection. High prices.Bought a pair of swim trunks took them back to hotel and found out they didn't fit right. Go back and find out no refunds or exchanges on swim suits. ???

Amazing people, knowledgeable about the area and give enthusiastic recommendations for food, entertainment, etc. The boat ride was beautiful and we caught dozens of fish just offshore of the rental. 10/10, would recommend

I wouldn't get any of my beach equipment golf carts or bikes anywhere else these guys care. Don't listen to the bad reviews they will happily work with you. I've tried other in the past as me and my family have been coming too sgi for years and they just don't care half the time and it shows in there rentables and attitudes.

Great place. Although I’m putting 5 stars thanks to a lovely lady named Sandrea I believe. There was a very rude man in the fishing area who screamed at me for some reason then hacked ice cream at me, I was very disgusted. Not to mention how rude he is to others of the work environment. Will go back again but I refuse to purchase anything from this unkept man!!!
