The gentleman helping me two days in a row was one of the kindest people I've ever met. It's was refreshing to see a good attitude at the end of a long day.

Excellent assistance and support from John & team - they were exceptionally helpful with multiple large shipments. PLEASE BE AWARE: This UPS center is off Toppino Drive on East Rockland Key and their hours are 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

They deserve a zero.. Supposedly my address doesn’t exist, you can’t get anybody on the phone and then they changed it to “attempted to deliver “ three times… They lie ..Lazy and their customer service sucks
