We ended up finding Hercules Homes after we were basically stood up by Florida Modular Homes in Middleburg. Honestly, I am so thankful the other company left such a bad taste in our mouth because we wouldn't have found Hercules Homes. Hercules has the best crew around. Lou has been there every step of the way. He has knowledge about each step of the process from his years of experience. We almost made a purchase on land that would have ended horribly since we wouldn't have been able to get power out to the site. Without him, we would have ended up in a horrible situation. We were able to find a better piece of land that met our needs, and Lou was able to help us find the home that we were dreaming of and was also in our budget. He explained the process in a way that was easy to understand and also fought for us with the financing company. His communication skills are no less than impeccable, and there is no other person I would want by my side besides him and Bennie. These guys are the dream team, and they are the gold standard of how businesses should treat their customers. I can't say how thankful I am to have them with us on this journey.

Lou has been helping us for almost a year now. We have changed floorplans several times and he's been so patient with us. We are so grateful for the wonderful customer service. I will recommend Hercules Homes to anyone looking to build a modular! It's a great way to go!

Lou was our sales rep for our modular home and was patient and worked with us for well over a year before we finally decided to purchase a home. He was incredibly helpful and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. He never tried to manipulate us, like it feels like most sales people do, and he was always upfront and honest with us. I'd highly recommend going to him if you are interested in purchasing a home with Hercules Mobile Home Service. I'd go to him again without a second thought if I ever decided to purchase another home, and to me, there is no higher form of praise. Especially for a purchase process that takes as long as this.
