Is your delivery driver dyslexic or just doesn’t care cause at least twice a week I have to either hunt down packages from neighbors or exchange mail that is clearly for the wrong numbered house.

I sure do love this little post office. I am a big city girl and I'll tell you what..this post office is a hidden treasure.
I work in Lakeland, live in Winter Haven and will always go a little distance just to come to this post office.
Everyone is always so kind, it seems to me that they really do like their jobs.
Thank you Liz for printing my label correctly, for my package.
Liz was so very welcoming and has a great smile

The staff was helpful thank you Liz, providing clear instructions, and the paperwork was handled swiftly. The entire experience was seamless, making the transition stress-free. Recently purchased a new home in the area and I’m still having trouble getting our address sorted out. Post master is extremely rude and would slam our mail on the counter and tell us not to get mail delivered to the only address that was given to us. After 3 weeks of this he told us he will go out of his way to take our stuff to the other post office just to prove a point. I’ve never seen anything like this. Terrible service from the top person in charge.

dropped off over 30 packages from a big order week and 16 of them were never scanned in. The lady at the counter always tells me to drop it off at the end because she's busy with other customers and I'm assuming she doesn't want to scan a bunch of packages while people are waiting. I filed a claim and asked if they could pull up cameras to investigate and they said they'd look into it. Its been a week and not response so now I have to reship 16 packages some of which are items that I now have to restock in order to ship and is a huge loss on my part, usps claims no responsibility. If you bring in packages, MAKE them scan them, because they won't want to.

I've had a my PO BOX for a few years now and I must say I love coming to this post office. Mrs. Denise and Ms. Trina are the best. They are very hard working women. And I've seen what they have to go through with alot of these customers(I give them allot of credit because I would have went postal along time ago)lol..These women are very kind and caring.. They do look out for and too there customers.
