“I've been looking for a "bin store" for forever! My friend found this one and we decided to check it out. It's very small, but basically it's Amazon or SHEIN returns, and every day is a different price. We went on $2 day, and I scored a Roblox backpack (brand new) for only $2! I can't wait to go back on a pricier day to see what they get in. I feel like it was mostly clothes, but they have some other really good stuff here. We need more stores like this in Lakeland!”
“Buyer beware! I recently purchased a recliner online. It was delivered fast and no problem. However, less that two week the recliner was hurting my back. I called the store to see if I can return it. They said yes as long it's within 30 days, receipt, and most importantly the original box/packaging. Well I planned on keeping it so I threw away the box. They do not make any exceptions, without the box no return. I called customer service and they said the same thing. Unbelievable the quality of this recliner and policy.**** Update: A store manager finally contacted me and stated that the return policy told was not accurate. I was able to return the recliner.”
“I am an out of town visitor. I like to go to stores wherever I visit. I was looking for some coffee and drink replacements that were not super expensive. I hit the jackpot here. They had every variety of what I was looking for and some I never had before.I was also looking for Sriracha which is hard to find right now. They were fully stocked and it was only $2 a bottle.This store is immaculate. Everything is in its place. It didn't look like the normal stores you visit. Other locations look like a bomb hit it because it's so junky. Not this location. Very pleasant shopping experience.”
“Everything in The Dollar Tree is $1.25 . There is a section in the back cooler that is $5.00. It's a great place for seasonal decorations, party supplies, snacks, drinks, household supplies, arts & crafts, etc.... At a fraction of the price of other stores.”

I recommend to everyone who visits Florida, visit one or more of the stores because you can get different items. “It s a Family Dollar. So that means boxes on the floor, shelves haphazard stocked, overworked staff, etc. However, they did have the Mentos gum and Monster Energy drink I wanted, and the cashier was friendly.”

“I'm giving DG 5 stars for its hard working, stressed out employees. Let ME tell you what the problem is! I'm an over the road truck driver who trained on the DG account. My oldest daughter was training to be a store manager for them but quit. Not because she didn't like the people or job but the stress! Us drivers would show up at the stores with there delivers. Sometimes half or a 3rd of the trailer per store. Everything is pushed into the back room that most often isn't big enough because each store sells so much. The employees have to take care of the customers, stock shelves, and run register at same time. There is no time to stock! My daughter got written up twice for closing store at night and working off the clock to try and get store organized. She has OCD. It's not within her to walk away from a job unfinished. Most of the, during the day time, there is one cashier, a manager, and one other person to stock shelves AND they have to back up the cashier if needed. The managers run crazy trying to help in every area. Just put yourself in their shoes. Next time you go inside and see all that stuff in those carts. Just imagine it was your job to put all that away. You have one maybe 2 days until next truck comes in.The best way to beat this problem is do like Walmart and Home Depot. Have a night crew!!! They wouldn't have to deal with customers or money! JUST STOCK!! This way every store would be fully stocked when opening first thing each day. The day time employees would only have to deal with customers and maybe, just maybe a few items that didn't get done.It's time for DG to step it up and hire more people to better serve YOU!! In the long run DG would increase there profits! It's working for Walmart and Home Depot! Look at there quarterly sale.”

She checked me out when I was done shopping she paid attention and made my experience quick and easy. Usually they have just the checkout opened and you wait for cashier but today was a easy-going I didn't have to wait at all.”

Bri showed great professionalism when a customer became upset after being asked to present ID for the purchase of a tobacco product. Instead up escalating or displaying dislike for the customer, Bri showed patience and kindness. Eventually the customer realized Bri was not willing to break the law and left to get their ID. Bri is truly an asset for her team and staff.”
