“- as you know finding a good body shop is nothing short of a miracle- but finding an amazing body shop is like finding a unicorn ???- wellllll i found the ? body shop >>> L and R body shop in lake hamilton!!!- richard and his team do amaaazzzing work - for them its their craft...art and they truly care about their customers- i am new to winter haven and had minor damage to my back passenger door from a flying object on the highway- i found L and R using google and their reviews were stellar- soooo i took my car in and i told richard how nervous i was...he smiled and said "dont worry - youre gonna love it"- when i saw my car...he was right...it was better than before the damage...no signs of the scratches and dents ...and the paint match was perfect- thank youuuuuuu L and R team!!!”

“They were able to tow my truck home after it was impounded due to a family emergency situation. They were prompt and fair priced. After a brief turn of events, there was a small delay (not on their behalf) and my car was returned home. i was not charged for an additional day. The driver parked it nicely in the driveway and was very cordial and polite.”

Besides making all the damage disappear, he did a masterful paint job. The color match is perfect. Golden Touch is a rather small shop that probably takes in more work than it can handle comfortably, so the customer should expect the job to be done methodically. “I was referred here through the dealership. I had paint and corrosion issues that was from the actual manufacture.
I had to begin my process through the dealership which started out nice but then through lack of communication( from dealership) and I was close to changing body shops. I was extremely impressed by A&E from my first evaluation. The owner came out with my advisor to begin taking pictures.
From that day forward, A&E was beyond professional and helped me get the process rolling.
At one point I considered moving to a new body shop because the dealer just wouldn’t get this going. I did however decide to stay and I’m so glad I did! My vehicle looks amazing! Extremely professional and brand new!
Hats off to Ashley what a great asset she is to A&E. Without her I would still be stuck without repairing my vehicle!
