I was referred here through the dealership. I had paint and corrosion issues that was from the actual manufacture.
I had to begin my process through the dealership which started out nice but then through lack of communication( from dealership) and I was close to changing body shops. I was extremely impressed by A&E from my first evaluation. The owner came out with my advisor to begin taking pictures.
From that day forward, A&E was beyond professional and helped me get the process rolling.
At one point I considered moving to a new body shop because the dealer just wouldn’t get this going. I did however decide to stay and I’m so glad I did! My vehicle looks amazing! Extremely professional and brand new!
Hats off to Ashley what a great asset she is to A&E. Without her I would still be stuck without repairing my vehicle!

I didn't even know that this place existed. Was referred by another company to A&E to repair a damage to my car, and I tell you am so glad, this place has EXCELLENT customer service ? and so clean. The process was quick and easy and they even drove me to work.(nearby) My car was ready before the given time. I will definitely go back if I need repair done one my car.
Wish I had the option to post before and after! Great Job! Highly recommend.

I’m was so glad when I picked up my car! A&E Auto Body is fast, talented and clean! In the office everyone’s are friendly and helpful! My car is got a beautiful “face”! Highly recommended!!! Thank you so much A&E!!!

From beginning to end, the ladies in the office, Ashley in the shop ( the estimator) and the guys who did the work , all did an amazing and professional job, showing compassion and kindness about my particular situation! When I went to pick it up. I even spoke with the owner and he even had the guys clean up the car and it looked amazing!!!!! I could tell they spent time making it look like new again? Hats off to A and E Body Shop for a job well done! Thank you so much!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I Would!! Worst experience EVERRRR When it came to my cars auto repair after an accident I was involved in, that wasn't my fault. I was warned by a friend to check around my Windows/Window Trim for excess paint if I was getting part of my car painted... Sure enough when I got my car back it had paint splatters and whatever they used to clean it stripped off all the "polished black" all around my BLACK TRIM "Nightfall Package" on my car that was 1 year old at the time. When I brought it up to management/Owner they wanted to argue that it was "sun damage" however they take pictures of your car when you drop it off... and my car had none of this "sun damage" they were claiming it to be, even in their own photos that they took originally. My insurance provider told me if I was unhappy with the repairs that A & E had the responsibility of fixing my car back to its original condition and that they would include the new window trim in with my claim, however A & E refused to do the extra work stating that it is a known issue with my model car and I should take it up with the car dealership I bought it at since it is a known recall, "and they will fix it for free" eventhough my car did not have this issue when it was dropped off for repairs at their business. It's been a year since then and still waiting on the dealership to fix this "known recall" HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. Thanks for ruining my $60k Car.
