The can't read numbers as they constantly deliver mail for other people to me. They don't care and neither does the supervisor. Dunnellon has the worst delivery personnel in the United States.

As someone that has seen how this office is run behind the scenes, I can confidently say the Dunnellon Postmaster is PATHETIC. She promotes carriers and clerks working 70+ hours per week, yet only getting paid for 48 hours due to the pay system. She is aware of vehicles that put the carriers safety at risk (ie. Sparking electronics on the interior, no A/C in the LLV’s that the carriers use in 100 degree heat) and directs them to continue to work under these conditions. This office is under EXTREMELY POOR leadership and until she is gone, the Dunnellon Post Office will fail to keep employees (as multiple carriers have quit since her taking leadership of the office). Not to mention she has been placed under investigation for putting her hands on a carrier, and attempting to put false allegations on the supervisors that report to her. What used to be a great running office has been demolished.

Moved into a new house and for the first time ever not receiving packages due to “ Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible.” Called in to find out why and received a call saying it was because I live on a dirt road. It’s maintain dirt road and not sugar sand. FedEx and UPS have no issues.

Wow I can’t tell you how much JT at the Dunnellon Post Office came through for me. A vital medication got held up and stuck at the facility through this Memorial Day weekend. He was gracious enough to pull it for me on the Sunday before so I wouldn’t be without it till Tuesday after the holiday. With this medication he was quite literally a life saver. Thanks again JT, you exemplify small town kindness and going the extra mile. I’m incredibly grateful!!

I went to this location to return an Amazon package. On my part, I was incorrect in coming here because it’s not a UPS store-but the woman who helped me was so rude it caught me off guard. I think her name was Carol. She looked at my package and with an attitude said “You ready?” And then “you’re sending it like this?” (I had the no package no label return option) Held out her hand, then just snatched the package. Then when she went to scan it she said “you need to go to an ups store not here”. Then she rolled her eyes. Normally this would be a normal interaction but she was so rude that it really made me uncomfortable. I work in the service industry and no matter how wrong a customer is, I never talk to them the way she spoke to me.

Sent me a message my package had been delivered at or in front of mailbox. Walk out to my mailbox and I got everything for that day EXCEPT the package they marked down as delivered.

I dread going to the post office every time! Every time I have gone there the staff is so rude. What happened to customer service? I could never get away with that kind of attitude in my job. These people must be completely miserable with their lives. The way they treat people is ridiculous!

People here are all very nice and efficient, they still occasionally deliver other peoples mail to my mail box but that hiccups has improved vastly and it’s rare nowadays. The manager here gets her hands dirty often and that’s an excellent work ethic.

I’ve been here five years and had to replace my mailbox three times. Not Just the box, the stand, too! He doesn’t know anything about it. I checked to find Where my packages are, that are supposedly delivered, find out they’re returned to sender. WTH?
