Joe and Dorri are amazing people. When I needed to switch storage facilities, they were the only ones that would accommodate what I needed in order to run my business. I had a unit with them for several years and their service was excellent. I had frequent deliveries made every single week to this place and my drivers never had an issue. They took it upon themselves to redo the concrete slab at the entrance of my unit so that the pallet jacks could move in and out better and they repainted the exterior as well. They’re always looking for ways to improve the facility and are some of the most friendly and understanding people I’ve worked with. When my trucks broke down for work, I always rented their box trucks and they were always very clean and well maintained and reasonably priced. The unit pricing is fair and very competitive with other places, and you can’t beat their attention to detail and hospitality. I’m blessed to have been a customer, and they were a HUGE pillar for my business operation. I’ll always recommend them to anybody that needs storage or a U-Haul rental. Personal or business, they’ll get you right and taken care of! Stay Blessed Joe!

Joe and Dori are the best! When our mover’s pulled a fast one when we were relocating, we literally had to find a spot to store our household goods within 15. We pulled into Dunnellon Personal Mini Storage after a quick Google search from I-75 and explained our circumstance. Joe and Dori were a wealth of experience, and had seen both good and bad in the moving and storage business. I’m here to say, they are the good. They were calm when we were stressed, they were the extra pair of eyes when we couldn’t be there to receive the shipment. They were kind, trustworthy and helpful. Then when we had to move out, they were already settling things for us before the final check out call. Can’t say enough about our experience and these folks. 5 stars.

These people are fantastic. Friendly, hospitable, and helpful. There was a problem with our uhaul reservation through corporate office for pick up at another location altogether. But these folks made it right and got us the truck we needed immediately for pick up just 6 miles away. A rare treasure in customer service!
