My husband and I are new to Citrus Springs. I've been needing a haircut for a while and searched online for a place nearby. When I came across Patsy & Co Hair Salon, I was so impressed by all the wonderful reviews that I knew that would be the place to go.Needless to say, Sarah knew exactly how to handle my fine, curly hair and I walked out feeling 10 pounds lighter. She did a cut that suits me perfectly and easy to take of. Thank you, Sarah! You have a customer for life.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Making an appointment was beyond ridiculous! I booked online and was surprised to see an appointment available on July 4th...I was off from work so I took it. They later called to tell me that was a mistake and there was no appointment. I finally got an appointment on July 28 at 2:30 pm. I made all sorts of adjustments at my job to leave early and get to my appointment. I walked in and was told my appointment was set for the 20th and when I did not show up they "called and called me and even sent a text message" Gee, no missed calls or texts on my phone. The last straw was the stylist didn't even offer another appointment upon seeing my disappointment! Just told me she was booked...to say the customer service was beyond horrible would be an understatement! After that encounter I would never trust them to do my hair-Lord only knows what I would have ended up with!

My very first visit with Kim was great! She listened when I told her what I wanted and the result was amazing!! The shop was very clean, the receptionist was super friendly. Their prices were great, no hidden costs and super friendly staff. I highly recommend Patsy's, I'm definitely going back.
