I must say - The ladies on site the last two visits have been just wonderful! The precious woman that drew my blood, quickly realized I needed a distraction. Without directly mentioning, she moved right into a delightful conversation and had me focused on family! Before I even knew it, she was done! Her smile and joyous demeanor were absolutely welcomed!

Ladies working here today were very nice. It's hard for me to get here on time with my hectic work schedule, but they were understanding and took my blood even tho I came in slightly after the cutoff time. The tech that took my blood is awesome and has been great every time I've came here.

Now I know first hand why this location has such low reviews. No doubt rude, inconsiderate staff at the window! While I was there, two other individuals were having issues with no help, compassion or even some good ole customer service. They have no business being the first to greet because it’s an awful experience. Management should step in. If I could give negative stars I would.

I had the best experience at this LabCorp in Dunnellon fl than I have had at any other facility and I am referring to even quest diagnosticss and other places in Ocala. That being said my visit at the Dunnellon LabCorp was such a pleasure especially with the two professional ladies Tammy and Kristen or Crystal working the front desk. They immediately took charge on assisting me with my lab script. Tammy was so helpful she immediately took my script and started looking up my code to see if it was something there lab could do. When she saw there was a discrepancy with the code she called my doctor's office and started to get things resolved. After 5-10 min passed she called my doctors office back to see what was going on and if they got a different code yet. Minutes after she got off the call and then informed me I needed to sign in on the kiosk with all my information. Then I was called back by Tammy 5 min later and she finished within minutes. It was so nice to still have that human interaction with such wonderful women. One of the most wonderful and best experiences I have ever had, I will continue to come back to this LabCorp in Dunnellon fl for all of my future labs and test. Thank you Tammy

Now, this is 5 star customer service. Went in as a walk in was greeted and taken back within minutes. Customer service was on point as were skills and technique. I will be back

Stuck 5 times same girl working there today under Vista. Still bad news! Stuck me twice today! Had the nerve to tell me not to come back til January. Dropping tube's viles all over the floor. A real scatter brain. What else do you need!

I genuinely have no idea what the negative reviews are about… every time I’ve been here has been a super pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, quick to get you in and out, and they make blood work not so scary (if you’re a big baby like me).

The major problem is with LabCorp itself, on occasion does not complete tests that have been ordered. Critical and a avoidable error?

I had a pleasant experience today doing my 3 hour glucose test at this lab, they were extremely friendly, and very patient with me (I don't speak English), I highly recommend it, I don't know why there are so many negative reviews, maybe they changed the staff or they simply changed their way of serving the public, I will definitely return whenever I have to do a study.
