Dr. David Kralovanec and his team at Rainbow River Animal Hospital provided excellent, professional clinical services for my 3 year old miniature schnoodle and Myself. my dog presented with a challenging and difficult to diagnose life threatening intestine blockage. With methodical commitment and dedication, his condition was identified and successfully resolved with emergency surgery. On going compassionate care by all staff, excellent communications and inclusion in decision making was hallmark . I deeply appreciate and applaud this veterinary services. Thank you for saving my pup"s life and your on going commitment to excellent services to both pets and their humans.

Today was my first and last visit. My appointment was at 9:40. at 11:00 I was asked to leave my pet because the vet was getting backed up and they'd look at her shortly. I was told to call in a couple of hours to get an update. At 1:00 I called and was told someone would call me bac. 3 hours later no return call so I drive up there. As I'm standing in waiting room they call and ask me to be there at 5:15(they close at 5:30). I said I'm in the lobby. I've now been waiting for over an hour to get my pet.

I recently moved to town and needed to get shots and a heart worm preventative for my dog. The staff was really nice. They put us in a waiting room after awhile the veterinarian walked in, and the first words out of his mouth is, your dog is a little over weight, you need to cut his food by 30% first of all my dog is a large breed they can range from 60 to 90 lbs. Then he starts talking to me in a condescending manor like I'm in grade school or something. Let's just say I was NOT impressed with this guy. My dog was given a series of shots and need to come back in 3 weeks for a booster shot. 3 weeks pass and we are greeted once again by the great staff at the front desk. After sitting in the waiting room for a little while. He walks in the room not so much as a greeting to me or my dog. Right off the bat he's giving me the 3rd degree on how I was feeding my dog, the whole time talking down to me like Im a 3 year old. I can say for sure I will not be returning to Rainbow River Animal Hospital.

Rainbow River Animal Hospital has taken care of my pets, my in-laws pets and brother-in-law pets for a long time. The care I have received has always been loving treating my fur baby's with the upmost of care.

Today I took my dog for vaccines. The male vet was unprofessional and rude. I am a customer and without us your hospital would not be in business. 2 years Ago I saw the female vet. She was the same unprofessional and rude. Thank goodness I'm moving Because I will never return. The office staff are great but the vets suck.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The guy vet was so disrespectful and talked down to my mom and I the whole time examining my cats skin condition. He was very loud and rude to my mom and I. THIS VET IS MONEY HUNGRY!! He did not care at all about my poor baby who was absolutely petrified after leaving this place to the point where he wouldn't come out of his cage for hours after the visit.. we were charged over $100 for one shot and he completely diagnosed my cat wrong will not go back....EVER. I will say though that the front desk ladies were very polite and helpful. So that one star goes to them.

Raptor rescue is what I needed help with. One of the vets here does or bono triage for the local wildlife rehabilitation org. I had a bard owl that had been hit early this morning (4am). I brought the owl to this vets office and they took it back, then the wildlife rehab lady met us and took the owl from there. The office was clean and pleasant. And very busy. In the short time I was here, four small animals came in the door with their owners. The staff was nice as could be, too. I'm not sure if there was a turnover from the previous staff written about in those other reviews, but I give these folks 5-stars today.

Not what i call a trully compassionate animal lover, refused to see an animal when money was offered up front because of previous owner. Better to let the creature die

20 stars would be more like it. Dr Dave and Dr Susan's integrated approach to veterinary medicine is progressive, compassionate and novel. It has given my 14 year old Border Collie a new leash on life. The front desk is always welcoming and competent. Highly recommended!
