We were treated with respect as soon as the doors parted. This was terrific due to the fact that this was the second bank we tried to work with today, and they didn't have time for us! Jim was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable right off the bat. We quickly completed or buisness and went on our way! Thank you, Jim and Cadence Bank!!

Every time I try to login to online app it says my user name or password is wrong.

I bank with Fidelity and I am traveling. I stopped at this bank to use their ATM for $3. It gave me all $20 dollar bills. I walked in to exchange them for $50 dollar bills and the teller refused since I did not have an account with them. I asked her why they charge me $3 to get money, but can't give it to me in $50s. She just shrugged her shoulders. There are plenty of options in town for banking, I would go else where.

I love going to my own bank and not being able to cash a check. :( This is the worst bank.

The worst bank. I have my main personal and business accounts here, and they wouldnt cash a check my mother-in-law gave me for my birthday. Because I had less than the check amount in my account. They would only deposit it and make me wait the 24 to 48 hours to clear.

This is the worst bank on the face of the earth they charge you to use your debit card and they are always taking service fees out when i dont have money in there and the charges me over draft fees. WORST BANK EVER NEVER EVEY USE THIS BANK

I used to really like Cadence Bank. It was Wachovia and then Superior and I stuck with them through the 15 years I've been in Florida but I will be closing my account after the first of the year due to the extremely poor customer service I received today from a woman who appeared to be the manager. POOR CUSTOMER INTERACTION. Very unprofessional.

I LOVE Cadence Bank. I have a business account as well as a personal account with the Dunnellon branch. Kathleen, Shari, and Shawn always acknowledge me by name when I walk through the door. I make more interest on my savings account than I could get at other bank. The business services they provide are amazing! If you want a bank where they get to know you and who really care about you, stop in and see the friendly staff.
