Been buying furniture from Badcock since the beginning of time. Still like their stuff. Got a new all electric couch....pretty nice.

Robert and the staff are very nice people. They are well acquainted with the products they sell and are professional yet friendly. I have made 3 purchases now from them and in the future if I need anything else I will buy it from them.

I am giving this store one star because zero star is not available. I purchase 4 counter stools that fell apart within 2 months. When I called the store to see what recourse I had I was told by the worker that answered the phone that I should tighten the screws every two months and the stool might work for me. I said to him that I will not able to do that as these are stools are brand new. That’s when he reluctantly mentioned that there is warranty on the stools and that he will send a service person out to check them and repair them. I found the worker extremely indifferent and rude considering my purchases contribute to him having a job. Two months. I now have to deal with strangers coming into my home, to make sure someone is there when they come, etc. Extremely lousy product and even worse customer service. They have lost my business. Do your research . There are better stores in the Ocala area just 20 minutes away.

I have furnished several rooms with Badcock in Dunnelon. Chase is always so helpful. I found the recliner I wanted at another store, called Chase, and it's being delivered next week. The delivery fee was much less than the other store also!

I bought furniture from the Dunnellon location abt 2 weeks ago. Shortly after delivery, I realized the recliner chair would not close correctly. I called the storeand they promptly delivered a new chair. Now, a little over a week later, I have a second piece of furniture that is unable to close correctly. This time, I am being ignored by the store. My calls are not returned. I am very unhappy that my local store is taking this approach. I even bought an extended warranty! What a waste of $3k!

I'm very glad to share about my visit to Badcock, in Dunnellon FL.After numerous online furniture purchases, I was weary of buying without physically seeing and trying out furniture. So, I went to the local furniture store in town.Customer service is great. Their selection had several types of the specific recliner style I wanted. Was able to sit and adjust, to be sure of satisfaction. The price was considerably lower than expected. Delivery/Pick-up options were convenient. If I wanted financing, the process of applying/waiting was less than 5 minutes.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a very good shopping experience!Well done and thank you to the owners and staff at Badcock :)PS: They also have appliances, TV and other items.
