Terrible customer service. My wife and I came to open yet another business account. They saw us waiting for 40 minutes, no one else in there, then tell us we need to make an appointment.

Consistently understaffed, and everyone is always pitching you a new account of some kind. Kind of irritating. It's clearly the policy - it's like a mall dept store, they clearly MUST offer you some new accounts.That said as I waited in a long line (there was only a single teller at 4 PM :( ) someone eventually came and helped me expedite what I was trying to get done, so that was nice.You just wonder why such a massive bank with so much money is scrimping on staffing.

Horrible how do u expect to get new clients if u turn them down at the door one of the worse bank branches I ever came across . Lost my business and multiple of my friends .

Great customer service and people work here! Best Wells Fargo I have ever been to. Too bad there are so many snow birds that come in to check their account every day and back up the line. Price to pay to live here, I guess…

This place is trash. ATM is not working more often than it is working. More issues than any other location in my past 13 years with wells Fargo. Waste of time coming here.Update(9/26/23): went to deposit some cash and guess what, ATM not accepting any transactions this time. ?

Trust the reviews - this location is unstaffed and offers zero customer service. You need an appointment, but there are none available online AND they don't answer their phones - so if you go in they ignore you for a while before telling you to make an appointment... Shocking when it's bad enough that it's worth taking the time to close my accounts after 12 years.

Like most Wells Fargo branches, understaffed and no customer service. Every time I use this bank, I am reminded why I don't do my everyday banking at Wells Fargo.

Chronically understaffed, and very unfriendly to people who work full time jobs. My aunt died and I am trying to get her estate settled. There is no walk in help, and no Saturday appointments for weeks. When I walk into Chase there is somebody that is able to help me or I am allowed to wait until they have somebody available. Wells Fargo just takes your money and gives nothing in return.

Terrible customer serviceStood in the bank for 15min before any approached me. Then another guest walked I'm after me and was helped before me. A guy finally asked what I needed. Then the banker lady said 10mins and she can help me. Ive already been standing there for 15min im not waiting another 10. Won't return to this location.

I have never been inside, but I often have to stop by the drive in to help my mother deposit money in my sisters account and they have always been nice, quick, and helpful. I will continue to use this location every time we need it.

I have been a customer for 6 years never have I seen such poor customer service from ANY BUISNESS. I go in to have 3 papers signed was told they were to busy when there where no other customers in the building. How long couldn't have taken. I ended haveing to go to ups and pay over $60 do to this matter really has me rethinking about staying with this bank
