Sgned up COVID vaccine appointment 3 days prior and received 5 reminders about my appointment. Was on time for my appointment and was told they were out of covid vaccine. they did not even offer a suggestion to make this right. Clerk was exceptionally rude and only escalated the situation. Pharmacy mgr. said they were calling people. I showed him my recent calls with none from Walgreens. Staff is terrible at de-escalating and even worse at managing inventory of the vaccine. don't bother with an appointment as it means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Just had the nicest young gentleman help me at the checkout counter. I say "young gentleman" purposely. He went out of his way to help me with their app. I knew there were coupons, but had never really learned how to pull them up. He helped me, with a great attitude, and I saved $12. He was happy and upbeat and had an infectious positive presence. Thank you Anthony - made my day!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy EVER. This is the third time they just simply deleted my prescription. I receive notice on the app that it is being worked on and then it just goes away. You call and you stop and you cannot get a manager to speak with you. You have your doctor send another prescription and they lose it again. When asked if the prescription is there the response is we never received it. I am done with this pharmacy. They don't care if you receive your medications and not exactly smart enough to figure out that the prescriptions are being deleted on THEIR end.

Went this morning for a covid test, had an appointment for three of us for the NAAT rapid test, The clerk Dylan was extremely rude, very slow and not helpful what so ever. Ended up having to leave as he would not make any attempt to help us thru the process ended up having to make additional appointments later today at a different location. The best advise I can Give Dylan if you don't like customer service find a new position.

We live out of state and my daughter was in Florida with a friend for vacation. We needed her medicine refilled and they were happy to help her. Come to find out my new insurance didn't cover her medicine and the lady at the pharmacy helped get her 85 dollar medicine down to 35 dollars for her. I am so happy that she did this for my daughter. Thank you again for helping her I really appreciate it

RACIST young lady with red hair that works there was super rude tonight. Went in to buy some masks and i took a box that costed 24$ for 50 of them and when I approached the register joking i said "masks nowday cost more than gold" she goes and asks me where ur from and i was like im born in Kosovo but grew up in Ny , she replied WELCOME TO AMERICA THAN , this is how much things cost here . WHAT A RACIST BIACH . Go f*** urself with a confederate flag pole u c****

Wow. The pharmacist has her mask below her nose. Almost to her mouth. Do we all want this to go away... YES!!! But how can we do that when even our health professionals have no respect for the masks and wear them correctly. WOW! No wonder our whole county isn't about that life. #thankswalgreens!!!

I am a cardiology patient. I needed my medicine. It was supposedly faxed. They never did it. I had gotten a few to tide me over . Blood pressure took me to E. R. . No excuse for this. I will change to Publix

Extremely well stocked and designed pharmacy. The staff is courteous, efficient, friendly and helpful. No matter how long the lines the wait is minimal. The pharmacy staff is particularly awesome. This store is exceptionally well cared for as well. Overall, a genuinely great shopping experience!
