Just unbelievably bad service. Bored Sales Rep didn't even get up to greet. Could not help with what I asked and gave absolutely incorrect information to the problem. Such a rotten experience, I'm literally changing carriers. "We're an independently owned store so we can't do anything."

All I can say is that Charlie and his coworker are top notch. After I had a massive issue with the absolute most rude, unethical, unprofessional person I’ve ever met at the Clearwater location named Jemal or Jamal or who knows how you spell her name, Charlie and gang restored my faith in Verizon.Thank you Charlie for helping us and we will only add additional lines and phones from your store from now on. It’s worth the drive to get the right type of service.

Do not come to this store if you have an issue with your phone. They don’t want to do anything at all when it comes to your phone. They only care if they are making a sale. I came in here the first time and my daughters SIRI wasn’t working and they guy just said I need a new phone, took it to another Verizon and turns out the phone only needed to be updated. Came back today to the same long haired guy working and he didn’t even look at the phone he just told me she needs a new SIM card. Please find some workers who care about their job and are knowledgeable.I’m editing this after looking back 7 months on reviews and clearly the owner doesn’t care since the same rude long haired guy keeps getting them one star reviews but as of 12/27/2023 he still works here.

The absolute worst experience in this store. I upgraded a phone and choose this store for pickup. I have actually used this store before despite them always being poorly staffed but it is close. Never again. I am now in limbo with Verizon. Somehow the young man created an issue where Verizon thinks I picked up my phone and I don't actually have a phone. I don't know what happened in their system but I am sure I will enjoy the next 3 or 4 days untangling their mess. The staff was clueless on what they did or how to fix it. The phone I don't have. It was a Christmas gift. My advice, do service with Verizon directly.

I want to give a shout out to Von. He was the only one there the day I went in to change my carrier to Verizon which was a fairly lengthy process. Not only did he help me but he promptly assisted every client who came through the door. He did the work of two people!!ppromptly assisted everyone

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I received from Devon, my daughter, who is out of the country right now, was having a problem with her phone, and no help was in sight. I went to talk to Devon, and he knew an amazing way to solve the issue, he helped me and just has an amazing personality. Very calm and customer service friendly thank you so much Devon you really made a huge impact. I currently have seven iPhones on my account. If I need anything in the future this is where I’m going.

People (teenagers) that work at this location (Dunedin/Main St.) are rude. They don't have a minimum idea of what customer service is. I was there to ask a simple question and this guy never stop looking at his phone while I was taking. His answers were : "I don't know" "I can't help you" He was so busy looking at his phone. I will get the names next time or I will go to the Clearwater location even though I live in Dunedin.
