I’ve been to this Verizon store several times over the years as it’s closest to me. I was able to get a phone but the location was very dirty, it appeared the counters and display phones hadn’t been cleaned or floors swept in several weeks. All the chairs are peeling so bad you can’t even sit in them without getting the material all over you. The store associate was helpful but I find it unprofessional for a customer facing employee to be wearing flip flops. Please look into this so I don’t have to take my business elsewhere.

Called for some advice on how to address voicemail concern and they hung up on me (even though I been getting my phones there for years) and wouldnt pick up when I called back. Nice

Charlie (Charles) was amazing. I was not looking forward to getting a new phone (I had a very old phone) and he made everything so easy. He actually TOOK THE TIME to explain to me what I was getting and how everything works. He stopped what he was doing each time I was curious about the phone and worked to save me money. He transferred all my data and was so nice about everything. While this may be standard in all Verizon stores, he gave me choices and explained my options. After losing my home to Hurricane Ian in 2022, it was nice to have options explained to me.
I also met Vaughn there and watched him with other customers. You know, customer service goes a long way with me. These two people are great ambassadors for the Verizon brand.
This is why I have been a Verizon customer for more than 22 years.

These folks go out of the way to assist any Verizon customer. I've had problems with my phone synching up with my car GPS and I've had a couple of different phones. They fix my problem every time.
I actually went in the other day looking for cell phone protection covers and glass covers and my phone is kind of outdated and they didn't have anything BUT they recommended I check out Best Buy to get my stuff......that's unconditional customer service.
These guys are fantastic!!!

After 17 years with this company, this is the worst customer service I have ever had!! Just plain lazyness from young rep who seem to be upset with good morning and it went down hill from there. Never again will I walk through those doors!

The Verizon rep at the Dunedin Fl store named Charles Marguccio-Stella was outstanding as he patiently transferred our service to Verizon. He was able to overcome all obstacles imposed by our prior provider.

Just unbelievably bad service. Bored Sales Rep didn't even get up to greet. Could not help with what I asked and gave absolutely incorrect information to the problem. Such a rotten experience, I'm literally changing carriers. "We're an independently owned store so we can't do anything."

All I can say is that Charlie and his coworker are top notch. After I had a massive issue with the absolute most rude, unethical, unprofessional person I’ve ever met at the Clearwater location named Jemal or Jamal or who knows how you spell her name, Charlie and gang restored my faith in Verizon.Thank you Charlie for helping us and we will only add additional lines and phones from your store from now on. It’s worth the drive to get the right type of service.
