Hidden Gem Alert! The Ivory Palm isn't just another boutique. Sure, the drive might be 45 minutes each way for me, but the warm and welcoming atmosphere is absolutely worth it. Unlike other shops where I felt invisible, The Ivory Palm made me feel genuinely appreciated. The customer service is exceptional, and I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely wonderful shop filled with thoughtfully curated gifts that people ACTUALLY WOULD WANT, with affordable pricing to boot! I’m from out of town but have been here a couple times when visiting family, and I always find the best things. Today, the incredibly kind and sweet woman working helped me pick out a last minute birthday gift for my niece, including writing out a birthday card for her!!! You can’t ask for more high quality customer care than that! I can’t recommend this spot enough ?

My favorite boutique in Dunedin, hands down! The atmosphere is just gorgeous and the selection of merchandise is always on trend. They have the best clothing, home accents and accessories. Be sure to check it out!

Such a beautiful boutique! The owner is so sweet and their customer service is phenomenal. I love that she posts all their new products to Instagram so I can keep up with the cute new items they get it. Other boutiques usually over price their items, but Ivory Palm has amazing prices while offering cute and trendy options! I've gotten complimented on every item I've purchased from them. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Obsessed is an understatement!! The cutest boutique ever! Perfect for holiday gifts, closing gifts, hostess gifts and of course …gifts for yourself! Such a great location, always on trend, and a perfect addition to downtown Dunedin. The ivory palm is a must shop! The girls are awesome!

ABOVE and BEYOND customer service!!!I ordered some products that the post office would not guarantee to get to me on time the owner drove an hour away to make sure I received in time. I was blown away!! A beautiful boutique with beautiful things and beautiful people. I am a forever customer.❤️

The cutest boutique! The ladies are so welcoming, helpful, friendly and kind. I never walk out empty handed and I've also ordered online with their local delivery feature. Great variety-they are bound to have what you need or didnt know you needed. Love love love!
