Definitely avoid ordering from this place. My wife ordered a chandelier through this company's website. 2 days later, they canceled the order and charged her 45 dollars. They are refusing to refund the 45 dollars as they claim that a fraudulent discount code was used. My wife got the code from THEIR website! I've never heard of anything like this. Either way, major rinky-dink operation they are running and not worth the trouble.

Do not order online from this company.I ordered a chandlier online and unfortunately the company had a fraudlent discount code on their website so they cancelled my order. There was a charge from Tampa Bay Interiors to my credit card for a 3% transaction fee that the store incurred from purchase which I DID NOTauthorize. I asked if they could refund it and they replied unfortunately the credit card company does not refund them the transaction fee. I said this is absurd why am I being charged a fee for an item I will never receive which the store cancelled. The business owner's response your best bet is to dispute the charge through your credit card company. The charge came from their store so why arent they able to credit me back?!?! She then proceeded to try to get additonal information on where I obtained the code -via search or an appNot one regard for me as a consumerif she would have approached me differently I would have just purchased it without the code.

This place is the most adorable little shop. I'm obsessed with this place. I recently bought a house which I am using for airbnb. I have bought mostly all of the interior decor from here and I'm so glad I did. I get a ton of compliments from all my guests. The staff helped me with every item and helped me in decorating every square inch.I am now getting ready to start on my house and of course everything will come from this place. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

This place is absolutely adorable. I recently bought a house for airbnb purposes and I decorated the majority of the house with Tampa Bay Interiors and I am extremely happy. The staff helped with every detail. I receive a ton of compliments from all my guests. There is literally nothing that is sold in this store you would ever be disappointed with.

The cutest and most thoughtful home décor store. If my Pinterest board could come to life it would be this store! It feels like a relaxing getaway when I get to shop and the owner is beyond amazing and helpful! Cannot recommend going to check it out enough.

While the products in this store are beautiful, the staff was incredibly rude to me. I visited the store a week ago and was specifically looking for a set of bound books I had seen online. The employee told me they didn't have the books in stock but they could order them for me. I asked if they could be shipped to my home out of state and the employee said they couldn't be shipped out of state. Later I called the owner to see if I could order the books and pick them up in store and she told me that they actually had the books in stock, but the original employee didn't know where they were. I was very excited and asked if I could put them on hold and the owner said she would set them aside for me. I drove back (another 45 minutes) about a week later to pick up the books after communicating with the staff that I would be coming to pick up the books on this date. I was treated terribly by the original sales associate and her mother who was also working at the store. I was told they had already sold the books to another customer and I should have paid for them if I wanted to hold them. I was never given the option to pay for them ahead of time and told them I would have happily done that to secure the books. They told me that I should have ordered them to be shipped to my home even though I was told this wasn't an option. The experience was absolutely awful. The one sales associate stormed out and the other rudely slammed my items into a bag while checking me out. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this store. While the owner was professional, her employees were not knowledgeable and were disrespectful. Overall, wonderful store, but atrocious customer service.
