The only reason I would ever go back to this location is to tell the owner what a rude employee he has. (Guy with long, curly hair - maybe a pony tail..?) What a jerk.

I am so sick of this company hiring these kids that have no respect and are full of them selves. YOU NEED TO TALK TO THEAE KIDS YOU HIRE TO HAVE MANNERS AND RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS! This is the second location where my car was made fun of or something in/on my car was made fun of. I will NEVER use your company again.

They have some incompetent young staff working here. They expressed not wanting to be there and how tired they were and then spilled oil on stop of my engine manifold which started to smoke. They needed to thoroughly clean that but didn’t. I had to properly clean it ? ? myself when I got home but had the smell of smoke inside the car the entire drive home
They also didn’t add air to my tires nor reset the dashboard

I went to Take 5 Oil Change in Dunedin on Main Street for an oil change on Thursday after 4 PM, and it was a terrible experience. I waited in line for over an hour, and when it was finally my turn, some of the staff were clearly trying to go home and rushed through the job. I had to remind them to put air in the tires and reset the dashboard.
To make matters worse, they lied about adding air because my tire pressure was still low after I left. On top of that, they didn’t even give me a window sticker to remind me of the next oil change. The whole experience felt unprofessional, and the customer service was awful. I do not recommend Take 5 Oil Change in Dunedin, and I won’t be going back.

The guys did a great job and were fast and efficient. The only bad thing was, I asked for my tire pressure to be checked and the forgot to do that.

Service was quick and efficient. I had 6 cars ahead of me, but with 2 lanes, my wait was very manageable
Staff was very friendly, took time to explain service and charges. Cost was very competitive or lower than others in market.
I will use Take 5 again

Fast and efficient but I miss the old crew that took the time to wipe off finger print grease, air the tires, and had wonderful, friendly dispositions. Those days are gone.

Good service. Fairly quick. Only thing is I asked for 5W20 oil and they gave me 5w30 and was told my vehicle takes either... I prefer the 20 and asked for it anyway but they put the 30in. Also, just a little thing, but they put on my sticker that I need to come back in 4k miles and I know I can go way longer on full synthetic. I feel like that's a tactic to get customers in sooner.
