Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this branch when their customer has a problem. Their "call center" that I was referred to was not willing to help either. But, the Branch manager at another Truist location helped me in ten minutes..........

The staff was great very friendy. Helped me open a checking and savings accounts. Also got my debit card and checks ordered. I never had a bank where the staff were so friendly.

I did not know. I must report myself my nationality and my heritage to the clerk . Why Suntrust care where im from ? Never again im stopping at this location and soon i will close my business with them . Worth bank ever !

We have used Suntrust for 40 years. Today, at the Caladesi branch, they refused to notarize a document for us stating they no longer do this. When asked where we could get notarization, they stated they had no idea. Unbelievable. We are closing our acct and giving them back their debit card. We have also used Third Federal for over 30 years and have always been treated as a valued client.

I called the SunTrust bank off or Curlew today 5 minutes before closing. Someone picked up right away and told me to hold on please. They gave me no time to respond. The real problem is, they never returned to me. I waited 15 minutes then my phone clicked as if they hung up. Maybe the bank should show should show new closing hours of operation that reads 3:55 pm instead of 4 PM. Then maybe if they changed their new closing time to 3:55 PM, no one would speak to customers after 3:50 PM. Then it would go on and on until they wouldn't answer the phone at all. What happened to professional customer service? It looks like Suntrust doesnt provide it. After 25 years, I'm going to look for a new bank.
