“Older plaza with a Dollar General, Subway, several local restaurants. a pharmacy, and others, McDonalds, great gas station/convenience market and local restaurant in parking lot. Convenient to Dunedin Causeway/Honeymoon Island and the Pinellas Trail. Got hit pretty hard by Hurricane Helene and most of the plaza shops had water surge damage. Been going here for years for food and shopping.”

“Chris and Jr is a family own business, these guys are honest and fair and will not rip you off , I took my car in for front breaks issue, Chris called me back and said that there were no break issues that I had 70% pads left in the front and back, and didn’t charge me me anything for the inspection after I insisted to pay him. “Enjoyed this location for years, particularly Fresh Market, At Home (although I miss Burlington) & Jason's Deli. It's close to the mall & other shops I frequent in the area. Only issue I have is the parking lot which is a little tricky due to poor layout, just keep your head on a swivel & you should be fine.”
“If you like to feed the ducks and don't know where there are any? Go to Publix Parking lot at Northwood Plaza! There is a pond in front of the store, with at least 25 beautiful ducks! I saw 7 little baby ducklings following behind their Mama???????‼️”

“Nice shopping plaza that offers a variety of retail and food options including Target, Starbucks, Crumbl cookie, Five Guys, Wendy’s, Publix, a mattress stores, and more. Ample parking, including handicap parking is available.”
“The Sponge Exchange is a fairly large group of shops and things to see all in one area. There is a full size sponge boat inside to see and several historic plaques. The area is partially shaded with concrete walkways and a fair amount of seating. This is an easy spot to shop a variety of shops with a minimum of walking.”
“I like that little cafe that Maria used to own. The new owners still have that "that's not the way we do it up North" attitude, but their kitchen Help are pros and creative. My biscuits and gravy were an English muffin. I see that as initiative and an innovative idea as the muffin keeps its integrity. Next time, I'll ask for well-done toasted English muffins and gravy”

“This plaza is full of many different options most popular is the Publix there, nearby like many other plazas there are a variety of shops ranging from liquor, salon, to even small businesses. If in the area I would recommend just as much as any other plaza around here.”
“We love shopping in this area! TJ Max is the best, Beals, Big Lots, Ulta, Publix! Our favorite “fast food” hibachi express, our go to nail salon Got Nails. The Walmart is very small and does not carry everything but it’s great if you have a small list! This area has so much shopping in such a small area it’s wonderful! If you’re looking for a great afternoon of shopping in a condensed area go here!”
“Very affordable...monthly pricing possible with the possibility of using as often as you wish. Sweeper available with a hose on each side of each car. Device for cleaning rugs available, all this is included in the monthly pricing.”
“With Publix and Petco and five below and some of the other stores in this shopping center like a pretty much always find what I need in a pinch. There's plenty of parking and the parking lot is a good condition and there is security so it's a regular stop for me.”
“This is a great shopping mall in our area with different options to eat at as well as shop and get pampered! The parking lot is always busy but is quite large and always has convenient parking spaces available no matter where you are in the parking lot.”

“The only store I go to in this plaza is Publix. It's really good because it's away from the really crowded Publix on 19. it has a small town town store feeling.”
“There are a number of good places among the Shoppes at Cloverplace. We ate at Positano's and loved it; best Italian restaurant in the area! We also stopped in at Mystic Fish to pick up a menu; looks really interesting for a future visit. Nice little shopping center”

“We were told when we checked in for Sunday Brunch that they are short staffed. Being short staffed did not changed the host, bartender or our waitresses friendliness, helpfulness, service or delicious food we ordered.We certainly will make this our all time favorite stop.”

“Dropped in to return some items I purchased online and grab patio items. Little confusing with return but figured it out with a supervisor. Could be a little simpler doing most of it online. They have covid precautions in force and it doesn't detract from shopping experience. Found what I needed quickly and checking out not lengthy. Always great selection and prices competitive. Convenient location and parking.”
“Pelican Walk is a great little outdoor plaza along Mandalay Blvd. It's got a bit of everything for everyone. Great restaurants, bars, pizza, arcades, shops and a great parking structure in the rear. Located just across the street from the beach! All the eateries have open air seating and indoor seating and is completely wheelchair accessible with elevators located in the center of the plaza.”

“I always find something unique and special at the shops in the Sponge Docks. Very reasonable prices and very unusual gifts. I especially love the candy store and the fudge store. On this trip I purchased tiny little mini rosaries in multicolored crystals that were very detailed and they were also a necklace. They were in a tiny bottle. Drove back there today to purchase more of them for my friends. Tried to find them online and could not and what they were offering was not nearly as nice or as reasonably priced.. my friend also likes the olive oil lotions and soaps and insists on going there every time she's in town to purchase more”
