I have been using SafetyNet Wireless for about 4 years now, and I did like the lifeline program since it's a free service very much. For some reasonI was mistaken that I thought that I have been scammed by the company is because I was scared that all of my service from my cell phone was going to be discarded. So anyways, the service provider wasn't too bad, and it was good honestly, is because I already made a call with a live agent about a couple of times by phone before. But apparently, they were the best supporters is because they totally understand my questions that I've asked, and especially they have an Indian accent, and it was very unbearable to hear them, and still they were very nice people. But personally, I been having a difficult time reaching out to someone and therefore I was still able to find the best service provider is because my monthly data usage has been completely gone and used up now, and momentarily I was able to get more free data again on my cell phone since it's an automatic reload So still, it's going to be a very difficult situation to add more data onto my cell phone once it's fully gone. I just hope that I could find the best solution to my problem and as well getting the issues resolved soon. I think SafetyNet Wireless is one of the best free government cell phone provider and by finding someone else who knows how to speak proper English.

I got an ad free unlimited phone tried several times to enroll called company 3-5times n he finally gna mail application he actually told me turn up volume on my phone cuz the site wouldn’t accept my application I’m like what??!!! What does volume have to do with internet not taking application on line ?!! Unreal problems headache already nothing will probly be sent out to me I’m guessing foreigner on phone couldn’t understand a word he said unreal

Apparently Unlimited Data doesn't really mean "Unlimited" I wish I would of kept my cricket phone and plan. Didn't mind paying that $30 a month "real" unlimited plan! But here I am having to purchase Data every month for my unlimited SafetyNet wireless piece of garbage DIALN phone. It glitches like crazy and I spend at least $50+ a month on top ups for a Phone that's supposed to free and unlimited! Ateast give me a decent phone if I'm going to have to pay for stuff

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Reps are everywhere, the guy we had to go though was high when he did my cell. The tablet my brother got after a day said it had a software corruption and no we hadn't had the chance to use it, this was the next day it was on the charger. No one ever answers phones. We've been trying to get a hold of someone since June. I finally got someone yesterday to answer so I could change my number. They transferred me to a bad line and I got hung up on. I did keep trying but finally gave up. I went to another company and got everything on and fixed same day. WORST COMPANY EVER! Red flags, stay away ???????

A worker was standing outside of save a lot...I applied for the device and he said it will take 1-3 days. I got approved the next day. My ACP benefits got taken from my wifi but they guy was no longer at that location. I have sent several emails and talked to several customer service ppl. It's been 3 weeks I have a phone number but no phone. It's very hard to get in contact with someone it like you guys phone is out of service.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CLEARLY STEALING IDENTITIES. MY HUSBAND'S TO BE EXACT! SOMEONE HAS A PHONE IN MY HUSBAND'S NAME. The girl who set up my phone and plan, clearly didn't know what she was doing. So before you leave make sure your plan says everything it should. Also the ppl who respond to online questions, never have the right answer. The phones are the best thing.
