I came in as a new customer for a full set. The person who was doing my nails did not seem like she knew what she was doing. She went over some of my nails twice adding more product to it. I was never asked to wash my hands. Then someone else took over and was rushing to hurry up and get done for another customer. My thumbs look like chiclets gum. Very ugly shape. First impressions are very important and should have been important in my case. Instead, I paid $55.00 for a poor job. Most what was being filed was my skin which the tech should have noticed. Will not be back again.

I love this place. Finally I found someone who knows what the hell he's doing. Only took 5 trys to find this place. Thank you to Jimmy. He's my guy. Does everything right and gentle and don't get me started on the foot massage. The best ever. Lol.

I love Red Nail. It's always very easy to get an appointment. I use Kim all the time. She does a really good job on both a manicure and a pedicure. I've been going there is years now. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with my quality of the clear nail polish manicure. Very little attention to detail, little to none hand massage. Would not recommend. BTW: the entire service was maybe 15 minutes and that included drying time.Service: Manicure
