A substandard pharmacy with extremely poor communication practices, both with its customers and with their doctor's offices.
Pharmacy technicians seem poorly educated, and to possess a dim understanding of their roles OR the industry in general.
Avoid at all costs and cross the street to Walgreens for a professional experience, with pharmacists that aren't trying to moonlight as doctors.
I used to get my dog's medicine here just for convenience, to pick it up while I'm getting groceries. Now I'm not even doing that anymore.
I wouldn't trust these people to know how to tie their shoes.

First time visiting the area and stop by the Publix it was really nice the selection and even some unexpected treats the location was good close by where we were staying great customer service clean and well stocked

The black pharmacist was very rude and had her face frowned up for no reason soon as i approached the window to pick up my medications.I dont understand why she had a attitude i was respectful and told her why i was there.I dont want to deal with individuals like her so i will be changing pharmacies asap.Her bad customer service was uncalled for and not necessary...

After spending hours searching the internet about how to get my lover back i was glad that i located?? Absolutely the worst customer service of any Publix Pharmacy that I have ever experienced. They consistently disappoint with poor follow through on filling prescriptions. My doctor calls in a prescription and the pharmacist tells me that they can't fill it because it's too soon (1 day early) Despite the fact that I have asked to get my prescription a day early due to my constant travel for work, I get no help from this Publix Pharmacy at Granada Plaza. I previously lived in Land O Lakes and the Publix Pharmacy was great. This one is the reason why Publix is losing my business. I know that one customer leaving won't hurt them but if other's are experiencing the same issues, I am probably not alone. Luckily, moving again to a different part of town and plan to give CVS/Target a try.

Seems poor service and worse customer service is becoming the norm here. Snippy, snarky and unhelpful pharmacy staff only getting worse with each encounter. I can see how stressful counting is for a living… Do something Publix

Shelby (the manager) and Morgan (tech) from the pharmacy department declined to offer me information on what company my medication would be coming from as I have negative side affects from specific pharmacuticals.ADDITIONALLY they said they aren't accepting new patients which I've never heard a pharmacy say such thing.I've called 4 other Publix in the surrounding areas and they were all able to provide me information and were helpful. I would recommend calling and going to any other Publix just not this one.I'm highly disappointed in the way I was dismissed.

This Publix is a great place to shop. Their prepared foods are good and their deli is phenomenal, the sandwiches are always fresh.

Twice now I’ve been here and had less than desirable service. One of the techs needs to rethink her career in a field other than customer service. She has a terrible attitude and zero compassion. I needed a rx filled within a 1 1/2 hours as I had to fly out of state for a funeral. She could have cared less and told me it would be 4 hours. I wouldn’t ever expect something right away but 1 1/2 hours to help me out a little would have been appreciated. I’ll be taking my business to CVS.
