Today she showed the fortitude of a true dedicated employee and made exemplary efforts to help me get new service and a new phone. I know this sounds over the top, but truly, after I spent a day and a half pulling my hair out trying to deal with my old provider, Angelica took the bull by the horns and wasn't going to quit until the job was done! It took I believe over an hour and more just to get the old company to work honestly with us! I felt bad about everything we were going through, because my husband even had to run home to get information that the previous carrier insisted they needed. They even gave the same run around during the time at Boost, only more so! Angelica is tough and she's not a quitter! You have a bright future, I hope your kind co-workers, will watch and learn. I'm not very tech savvy, but Joe was very friendly and transferred all my photos and contacts to the new phone which took at least 15 minutes. “Charlie (Charles) was amazing. I was not looking forward to getting a new phone (I had a very old phone) and he made everything so easy. He actually TOOK THE TIME to explain to me what I was getting and how everything works. He stopped what he was doing each time I was curious about the phone and worked to save me money. He transferred all my data and was so nice about everything. While this may be standard in all Verizon stores, he gave me choices and explained my options. After losing my home to Hurricane Ian in 2022, it was nice to have options explained to me.
I also met Vaughn there and watched him with other customers. You know, customer service goes a long way with me. These two people are great ambassadors for the Verizon brand.
