This store is the first time I've been to this type McDonald's/ was like going to an upscale restaurant! Decorated lovely, the servers in the new upside down arches shirts! Was fun and the staff were exceptional.

Every single experience I've had at this particular restaurant something always goes wrong. Missing items, late delivery. At times having to return, causing lateness to my workplace, being treated soo rude for a situation I could not cause.

Hadn't been to Mickey Ds for a few months. Got sucked in by the "best burgers ever" ads. Big whoop- they put onion powder on their onions to make them taste more oniony. Got my meal about 10 minutes after ordering and paying .on the touchscreen. Double sheeseburger, fries, Sprite. Watching drive thru customers cruising thru while I'm waiting. Lukewarm burger, cold fries that were undercooked to begin with. Constant noise from whatever pissing match was going on in the kitchen. Totally disinterested employees. Why did I take a table tent number if you're not going to bring it to my table? If (highly unlikely) I ever return to this location, I'll be sure to come when I'm not starving so that I can order a HOT, FRESH burger and HOT, FRESH fries and see how long it takes them to get it right. If they priced by food quality and temperature, I would have gotten out of there for $5 today...only because the Sprite was spot-on.

Really should find managers that know how to deal with customer service . Horrible attitudes on the am shift . In there every morning for the last year .. after this morning I’ll start going to burger king .. Hire employees that don’t need to holler at your customers ..

Every single employee is miserable behind the counter except the cashier. Manager is miserable too. It’s like a frikkin circus in here. It’s 3:45 on Friday March 1st. It’s really sad when the CUSTOMER starts to have a panic attack from all the chaos (unnecessary chaos) going on in the restaurant CAUSED by the Manager and Employees.

Manager was rude, refused to give us correct chocolate shakes, looked at us crazy and we asked why she said you ordered vanilla. Employee's corrected order, and she was still cursing us. Bad service. Drive

The supervisor Diana is rude and very disrespectful to customers. She speaks over customers and won't let them finish what they're saying. She should be reprimanded and was setting a bad example for the employees she supervises that were listening to her. If I was her manager, I would have fired her on the spot since I am sure this is not her first time being nasty with customers. McDonald's can do better than this and this is one of the reasons why it has such a bad reputation.
