Paid for the vacuums (Put extra quarters in the machine because I knew I would need the extra time) just to find out that vacuum didn't work. It turned on but didn't have any power to it. And no one was there to refund me. What a waste of $5.00

I had a very good experience. I deliver parts for a living and the work vehicles are filthy, to say the least. I zipped in there after my delivery, and rolled up to the vacuum (that's all I was going to do) and I was very shocked that not only DID it work but OMG the suction was amazing! Sometimes I needed 2 hands. So since I had a good experience w the vacuum, I decided to wash the car. I just used the power wash cycle w soap. I was able to get all the crud off it. I couldn't spend a lot of time there because I was on the clock. But I'll be bringing my car there today to clean it out.

Love getting car washed here! Apparently some things have changed such as name and look. Trademark offers really good prices and quality cleaning. Must give a shout-out to one of the attendants named David, very helpful and even helped me towel off the car after washing, said that he just "likes helping the customers", made my day a lot easier!

Rob is the coolest guy ever. He made sure I got top notch service. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on how things work considering it my first time using the company for a good old fashioned washing and polishing. I left extremely satisfied and can't wait to get a good waxing done on my filthy beast of a car in the future. I suggest you ask him for the full package. You will leave with a smile on your face and the satisfaction of knowing Rob, the assistant manager personally loves to make sure your gleaming with joy and an experience you will never forget.
