“The place is clean, everything works, the prices seem fine to me, and they're open 24 hours! Right off Alt 19, next to a hungry Howie's, a car wash, a tattoo parlor and a Vietnamese restaurant...Heaven! Oh, and you're walking distance to a brewery, a pizza joint and Steve's produce, not to mention the dollar store and super hip downtown Palm Harbor.”
“Dropped off a down comforter and they did a good job getting the stains out from 2 sick kitties. It’s not as fluffy as it was but that will probably come back, seems pretty flat tho. I liked the kiosk drop off and pick up. Very efficient.”

“2025 update: They have since installed an automated/24 hour access system. At first I was skeptical, but it is AWESOME! Super simple to use and you can get your dry cleaning 24/7. What could be better.

“Place was clean and most of the machines were functional. Staff was friendly and helpful. I think the prices were normal; I don't do coin op laundry unless my machine at home is kaput. There is fast food in the same parking lot and there are several comfy couches to sit in, several picnic style tables, and a kids play area.”

“Crown Cleaners is the finest cleaners I've ever dealt with. Not only do they do a wonderful job with my clothes, the service is phenomenal. My mother, who has passed away, had given me a coat that I left there to be cleaned almost 9 months ago. I had forgot about it. I called Crown, not really expecting it to still be there, but it was. “Words can’t begin to express how grateful I am for the upstanding folks running this facility. There was a mix up with blankets, apparently someone else grabbed my blanket mistakenly and I was left with theirs. Without going into too much detail, I was devastated. But wait, all hope was not lost, I gave the clerk my phone number in case the other client returns with said blanket. This was maybe 3 weeks ago.. I had let it go. Until my phone rang today and it was the super kind helpful gentleman letting me know my blanket had made its way back to the facility. It wasn’t just any blanket- it was a 10 ft by 10 ft oversized coma inducer down alternative king size Massive blanket lol. I headed over to the laundromat, and there it was, waiting for me! It was my first experience having gone to a laundromat. I’d also like to mention how kind and patient the attendant on-site was who helped me when I initially started with the comforter, I had a lot of questions lol. “Took in a suit for pressing they offered a cleaning with turnaround pick up in two days. Went to pick it up, and they said the suit wouldn't be ready for two additional days. Then they couldn't find my suit. I explained when I dropped it off, just a quick press heading out of town, and I need it quick. Was called back 20 minutes later, and it was done, ready for pick up as originally scheduled. They do a great job with the dry cleaning, that's why I go there. Could be a bit better with internal communication and tracking garments.”
“Dear Owner of the laundromat: I would contact you privately however I do not know how. We come here twice a week for a business and the restroom is locked. Recently a few trips I arrived to find the restroom open and I was so happy I can use it while there for several hours. Tonight I arrive and it is locked again. No place to go when needed. Please listen to your frequent clients and unlock the restroom. ?”

I think the dry cleaners prices are a bit higher than other prices, but they are charging the location prices ( Feathersound), and, let’s face it, most ppl in Feathersound can afford to dry clean here.”

“This laundromat is the best in this area...The owner keeps it clean inside and out and he makes sure to keep his customers safe while they're doing their laundry (Thank you, Tony) The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the last 2 times I've gone there the big washers haven't been working so I had to spend more $$ on a few smaller ones instead of being able to use just 1 big one...I'm sure he'll have them fixed before I go back to wash again though..he's a good business man...also he has some of the lowest prices in the area...make sure to stop by and see for yourself”
