“We love our Lanai Outdoor Kitchen! We chose Lanai Outdoor Kitchens over other companies because of quality products, quality workmanship, knowledge, flexibility, and a passion for their product. We wanted a kitchen that would hold up in our hot, humid, stormy, coastal Florida climate. Lanai Outdoor Kitchens did not disappoint.
We selected Werever Outdoor Cabinets. These heavy duty cabinets resist corrosion because of the material they are made of and there are minimal metal parts. Cleaning is easy. Simply pressure wash the cabinets. They are weatherproof and they are beautiful.
We decided on a Delta Heat built in grill mainly because of how passionate Bill is about the quality of this product. We wanted a grill that would hold up in our coastal climate and it’s made in the USA…another plus.
We found a stunning “leathered” granite slab for the counter top at one of Lanai’s suppliers. There were a few issues with this particular slab, but it was the one we had our hearts set on. Bill negotiated with the supplier to get the quantity we needed at a fair price, and with the expertise of Lanai’s fabricator we have the amazing counter top we wanted.

“We lost our bathroom vanities to Helene. Our Base came from Johny Parks LLC cabinets which are beautiful. We needed a vanity top and sink he referred us to KB countertops. Tim, the sales rep, scheduled a measurement and made a template. I wanted a white quartz top with an under mount rectangle sink. It took about two weeks it was a wall to wall 60", a perfect fit and absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend them.”

“We started a remodel with a different company but were not completely happy, so we worked with Gina to finish the project which started as major kitchen remodel but expanded to the entire main space (living room, dining room, and kitchen floor. S&W was helpful with design elements that we didn't address and updated flooring and lighting elements. S&W was quick to correct any issues and stayed on track. The communication was great with daily progress and photos. Sub-contractors great to work with and another set of eyes to tackle some major issues and even other small details helped finish off the project. Guess in retrospect we should have used S&W from the beginning. Tank was responsive as the project manager and was able to deal with the drama associated with double projects. We are very satisfied with the final project. Honestly, we caused some of the problems ourselves with being indecisive - so if you have trouble making final decision, S&W is great choice to work with.”

“We are so pleased with our Murphy bed/home office set up in our guest bedroom. We got quotes from the "closet" people, and Accent was much less expensive and the quality of the workmanship was A+. Nicole was very patient with us as we made several changes after we signed the contract. The project was completed on time (the work is done locally) and the install only took 3 hours! They estimated 4 hours. The 2 men who did the install (I'm sorry I didn't get their names) were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient! When we are ready to start on the kitchen we will definitely be calling them!”
