I moved to Dunedin in 93 & believe in supporting local business. Unfortunately I had an experience here that I cannot recommend this store. I bought a tshirt for my husband and was told I could exchange it. When I came back in with the shirt with tags on in the bag from the store I was told I needed the receipt. I understand that but when I went home I could not locate it. I went back again to see if they would let me exchange it anyway for something my husband would like and was told no they needed to verify it had been purchased within 30 days. Even though they still had the same shirt in stock and it was in the store bag. The lady was rude with no empathy. I train customer service and there was no attempt to be helpful or try to earn loyalty from a customer.

This store is wonderful and the employees go out of their way to be kind and helpful. My daughter bought a dress while we were down visiting family. It was beautiful and her favorite. Unfortunately, it got lost on a class trip to DC. When I called the store, months later, Susie made it her mission to find the same dress. It’s good to know that fantastic customer service is alive and well.

There's so many incredible options here! A great variety of quirky sayings, beachy items, casual comfort, and so much more is available to shop from. The store is a bit tightly packed with items though, especially near the front in a small men's section, so you might feel a bit claustrophobic/crowded while shopping if there's a handful of people in there, but the prices are pretty fair & there's fabulous items to be found, so be sure to pop in.

Fun gem hidden in downtown Dunedin. Staff was welcoming and helpful without being pushy. Nice clothing selection along with many nice Florida themed housewares and gifts.

Overpriced, cheap material, bad customer service. I live in Dallas, Texas and was visiting my parents for the Holidays. I bought $200 worth of clothes and jewelry and the dress I bought was broken when I was going to wear it. Luckily, I was still in Florida so I decided to go back to the store to change it. When I get there. I explained to the lady that it was broken when I was going to put it on, If I could please change it for another one( I didn't even wanted a refund, just wanted the same dress not broken) She was visibly upset and went to the bak to the store and has the audacity to say that the dress was worn and she cannot change because the tag was off. I explained to her that I had not worn the dress why would I do that!!! At the end, she did changed but she told me that she didn't had the same dress so I had to pick another one. SHE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE!! RUDEE!!

What a find! I spent a day of my "staycation" in historic downtown Dunedin, and spotted this fun place. What a jewel! Home decor, clothing... and you can do all your holiday and birthday shopping in here. It has something for everyone... and you'll have a good time exploring. There's good juju here... you feel welcome. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I bought a gift for a friend and they took such care wrapping and bagging it, even sometimes-klutzy me can't hurt it. I can't wait to come back closer to Christmas and see what seasonal items they've added. I'll bring the sleigh.

Great selections for both guys and girls, lots to choose from. Seems like quality stuff. Store was clean, well organized and brightly lit. Prices were on par for what you'd expect. We enjoyed milling around the store. Unfortunately the big chair out front left some paint stains that rubbed on while sitting there. Were extremely hard to get off light colored jeans.

I bought a tee shirt from Key West on 10/14, washed it twice and upon removing it from the dryer the second time, it had a quarter-sized hole in the front. I tried to return it to the store and was told nothing could be done and it was my problem. I contacted the manufacturer and was sent a return label and a gift certificate which I will use online. I’ve never been treated so poorly by store employees. Sad, as I try to support local businesses.

We stopped into the boutique yesterday and loved every minute of it. Susie (not sure I spelled it correctly) was amazing. Offered us wine the second we walked in and was super friendly. She is exactly the right mix of helpful but not pushy. We had fun shopping (and spending) more than we planned to but it was a great experience. Will be back for sure.
