2 new tires tubes and rim liners for over $300! Rode a mile and one went flat! Took it back and they “fixed” it. Later got another flat and took it to a good bike shop and mechanic showed me the had used election tape instead of a rim liner. I’ll NEVER GO BACK!!! POS

Great bike store and Cafe right on Pinellas trail. Great friendly bike service. Had espresso and a smoothie that were great. Friends rented some electric bikes and loved them. Close to town (Dunedin).

Nick sold us this bike and now my pug demands to go out on his chariot twice a day. Might need to quit my day job. Happy with service and beer selection at Kafe Racer.

This could be the best coffee shop in the area if they opened earlier. I love stopping by when I'm on the trail but usually Ive had my coffee by 7am. I do like their cafe and they use local beans, which I prefer. I just hope the hours change so I can bring friends and visit more often!

Rented E-Bikes from Kafe Racer to ride the bike trail which was across the street from the shop. Bikes were nice and new. The bike has a water bottle holder on handle bar but no basket to hold your belongings. Bring a back pack. The guy that got our bikes for us was really nice and he gave us our first lesson on how to ride an E-Bike. They also have a nice coffee and icecream shop. Would definitely rent from them again. Great day in Dunedin!

Our customer needed a repair done to his bike so he could get a ride in over the weekend. After speaking with them on a Wednesday we sent Kafe Racer the part from California. Two days later they received the part and immediately were able to do the work and get the customer back on the road. Super friendly with excellent customer service and more than fair prices. Thanks Kafe Racer!! Highly recommend !!

Cool concept, right on the bike trail. Thought I found my local bike shop. Service department full of pretentious folks. Came in to ask some questions about a bike repair, and they had no interest in helping. In fact, they decided to stop helping me and just move on to the next person in line. They can't be bothered, so I'll go somewhere else. You should too.

We were riding our bikes on the bike trail, and Seve saw that one of our tires was low, got our attention, and pumped up BOTH our bikes for free! Super nice guy! Will definitely be coming here if we ever need anything for our bikes!

This is the second bike I have purchased at Kafe Racer. Both times I’ve had incredible service such as Sam actually putting my bike shoes on me to make sure they fit and tightening the straps. The first time I bought a Magnum Pathfinder. This bike does not even compare to others in its class, it’s the best and so much fun to ride. Over the years as I have aged, I’ve found my balance is not as good as it used to be. I went back to Kafe Racer and told them of my issues. They immediately helped me find the right bike, which happened to be a trike, ordered it for me, put it all together and called me. I went to the shop the next day. It was a beautiful TerraTrike EVO. When I arrived they instantly started putting all the accessories on it for me, measured me, cut the chain to fit me and had it ready in a few hours. The customer service was beyond excellent and they will be my go to bike store for every purchase and or service. Thanks again everyone.

Very good place for cycling and coffee lovers. Very nice selection of everything for cycling. Plus they sell some really cool Italian bikes. I also had my bike serviced there and was very satisfied. The approach, the service, the service and finally the coffee is at a very high level. I recommend it to everyone.
