For more then 10 years Highland Animal Hospital takes care of our cat and dog. Never ever I had the feeling that the care we receive is not 100 %.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I took my cat in for a skin problem. They took her in the back for the exam. I was to remain in the lobby.
The Doctor(?) came out and recommended a shot. At that time, the office person gave me a price which I agreed to. When I mentioned to her that I wasn't happy with their policy of doing the exam and shot without me being in the room, the Doctor(?) came out and insisted I leave! He would not do anything else for the cat because I questioned his "policy".
I've had pets all my life (67 years), and NEVER was I told to wait in the lobby while they examined my pet.
NEVER, NEVER use this facility!

I love Highland Animal Hospital. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I walk in with my dog and they know her and her personality. With each visit, the doctor takes time ask questions and to inquire more about her health.

So grateful to Highland Animal Hospital. For 10 years they have faithfully and successfully treated our dog Kisses. They are like family in their concern and professional care of her. They always go above and beyond. Dr Finkelstein is a pro and Jason and Kayla add to our comfort in bringing Kisses for any service. From baths to medical treatments their expertise and kindness never waivers or goes unnoticed. Very grateful! A++

Had a medical emergency with my cat. Dr. Brett and his staff were very supportive to provide the medical care and follow up necessary. My cat has improved remarkably!

They charged me $35 to clean my dogs ears, and they never even cleaned them...and then instead of admitting it, they had the vet get on the phone and deny it. I will never go back.

Untrustworthy and Unprofessional, needs license revoked. Half @#*$'s the checkups then turns around with an insane bill for things that need to be done. What was the original fee for if you turn around in 5 minutes and ask for hundreds more? Avoid this place like the plague.
