I would avoid this dealer. They never respond to any of my inquiries about a car I was interested in via email, which I can only guess is to avoid creating a written record of any promises made. Terrible customer service.Very disappointing.

It’s a horrible place to do business. Like Donna Long, immediately after buying the car I was hit with thousands of dollars in necessary maintenance on the vehicle. On top of that mess, someone from the dealership called me and asked how I was doing with the car, I told them what a horrible deal I made and what I’ve been through since the purchase. I asked him to never call me back, but he proceeded it four more times. Only after I lost my temper did he finally get the message. Stay away, it’s a house of cards.Note to dealer: You can keep erasing my reviews, but I’m going to keep putting the same story up there.

I went to Florida Auto Exchange and was greeted by Paula, who turned out to be everything and them some, in regards to knowledge, kindness and personality. Paula went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my deal went through and I drove home in a new car that day.without disclosing personal information just trust that this woman is the real deal and she has been there for over 16 years, so if anyone can help you, she can. The entire team was friendly, even including the sales manager, who cannot wait to see me again! If you are looking for a vehicle, this is the place for you, especially if you have less than perfect credit. This is an awesome group of people and they have been in business for over 20 years. Go see Paula! She will work miracles for you!

It was our first time purchasing a car, Paula and Kenny went above and beyond to take care of us and we walked out of the dealership same day with the car! 2011 dodge nitro.... buyer beware!! do not buy a vehicle from them no matter how desperate you are!! bought a vehicle 2 weeks ago, 2 days after i bought it i put gas in it and the smell of gas inside and outside the car is unreal!! notified dealer, had to take it to their repair shop for 3rd brake light out, vehicle came like that just like it came with the tank. they're replacing the 3rd brake light. 5 days after i had the vehicle the service engine light came on. vehicle feels like it has an air leak once in while when you press the fuel pedal while driving. the service manager did a smoke test on the gas tank and found that the tank has a leak somewhere!! upon telling his manager this he was told to not do another thing to vehicle, don't check what the check engine light is about!! service manager even agreed with me that the vehicle isn't safe to drive with tank like that and 2 dented rims. dealership manager and salesperson, paula, basically told me oh well buyer beware. was told by dealership manager when i mentioned the dents on 2 rims that he sold me a vehicle that will get me safely down the road!! a leaky gas tank that emits fumes into the vehicle cabin is not safe!!! so after many text back and forth, instead of doing the right thing and fixing it they wanted to give me my old vehicle back, which i can't drive for medical reasons and they know that, and rip up my contract!! guess they would try to sell the vehicle to someone else!! they have obviously taken advantage of someone with bad credit because they had 2 other vehicles for the same price but wouldn't even offer them to me, they kept pushing the 2011 dodge nitro like they knew it was messed up! so being in the position i'm in i took the vehicle and like it except for the tank issue which they won't fix!! they definitely take advantage of people with bad credit by selling you a vehicle that'll cost you in repairs which will be the reason you miss payments and they'll repo it after you paid to have it fixed!! i am filing reports with the epa, dep and bbb........ do not buy from here!!! bunch of shysters and people who don't back their vehicles or give 2 shits about you once you sign the papers and drive off their lot!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought my dream car from Florida Auto Exchange. I can’t tell you how happy I was. I’m 75 years old and have always wanted a 2011 BMW Z4 convertible and there she was sitting at this dealership. I didn’t care what it took I was going to get this car. I checked it out a couple of times. I had it checked out mechanically and the exterior was in pristine condition. I finally decided that this was going to be my car. The day I took the keys I was in heaven. Bucket list✅. Not quite 3 hours later that dream come true became a nightmare!!! It started to rain and my top would not go up. It wouldn’t budge. NOT 3 HOURS LATER. I text my sales person immediately!!! Was told to take video of what it was doing. It wouldn’t move!! JOSH would never return my calls again!! I talked to Kevin and he had me take it to their mechanic who found that the hydraulic s on both sides were shot. Florida Auto Exchange pretty much told me to bad too sad!!! Not once but five times Kevin said “it was working when you left”. Yes it was and LESS THAN THREE HOURS AFTER I BOUGHT IT IT WAS NOT. The hydrolics were shot. Did I believe I would have some problems down the road yes. Did I have a 90 day warranty yes!! Did I know that the main function on the car was not covered NO!!!! This old ladies dream come true has turned into a $3000 nightmare!!! Legally things may be on their side but morally I find it disgusting that they could care less about selling me a car that had a huge problem less than 3 HOURS LATER!!! Shame on you!! Please be careful when buying from these people.

Auto Exchange had a really nice vehicle at what we thought was a great car at a great price. We were really in need of a car and he took great care of us. Highly recommend!!!!

Bait and switch place. They’ll run your credit for higher numbers than you expected without a care for your credit. The Dr is then in because they’ll try to sell you what they want to. They’re $2000.00 disclaimer only shows up on the Mobil website, almost immediately. They’ll watch and laugh as you pull that up in they’re waiting room. Sit down on your laptop and it does not show up, look around on their website and you won’t find it. Even their online payment calculator does not include it. So the car you originally want will surely not be a “deal”, but it will be overpriced. Don’t waste your time or hard earned $ here. There’s a major dealership right around the corner where the price listed is the price you pay.

One week ago walked in and started the process with Joshua , super promising and lots of information i informed them my credit wasn’t the greatest but we can work with their requirements which was a large down payment and a high mileage vehicle. He said t go home because they was short on finance people, and they would call me no call . I called texted the sales man absolutely no communication he led us to believe there was no problem getting into a vehicle!!!!!! So then I didn’t look elsewhere which 7 days later I had to call them AGAIN and asked where are we at with process his response I’ll call you back in 30 mins that was early afternoon on my one and only day off….. I get a call 6pm telling they can’t help me. While I was sitting in my newer vehicle less mileage and half the Down payment That they where asking for. So I guess I should be thanking them. buying a vehicle is stressful enough, but what I had to go through that week with them on top of shopping for a car. On very limited time. I just thought that maybe this review will give. People heads up when they decide to buy a vehicle from them. I recommend car max great warranty, great mileage, down payment very reasonable very professional and in and out of the place less than three hours with the vehicle
