I don't shop any of the dollar stores very often, but we had two occasions on our trip here where we needed things, and got what we needed at good prices . Staff was friendly and conscientious.

Tried to return a speaker that would not catch a charge, & after the store clerks & management instructed me to do so within 30 days if I had any problems. I went in today & I was told I couldn't return or exchange the product. This Family Dollar (due to the long haired gentlemen behind the counter) will receive a -5 for faulty merchandise & -5 for poor customer service & care.

Nice clean store with a big selection of goodies. It's one of the nicer family dollar stores around. The selection is nicer because the size of store.

This review is really more geared towards Keith the store manager.Although, I do always find the store fully stocked with the items I need, It's always clean, all the employees are very helpful and have been there for a long time. plus it always smells nice and fresh when you walk in!
I find myself going out of my way to stop into the store to get whatever it is that I need, just because I know that Keith will brighten our day! Every time anyone walks into the store, he greets them with a smile and a hello. about 2 years I've been going there now and I've never seen them in a bad mood, never once. He's so positive and kind and upbeat and in a world that we live in today, we need more people like him!
My kids even ask to stop by the store if they see his truck outside. He remembers their names and always engages in conversation with them about school and such.....Sometimes it's the customer service that you receive that keeps you coming back. Someone who is kind, positive, knowledgeable and always has a smile on their face is worth coming back to see!
Thanks for keeping an awesome store and being such an awesome person Keith!

I have been going to this location for awhile now, after today never again. My coupon for 5.00 off of 25.00 didn’t come off and I was told there was nothing they could do and to call corporate. Then they didn’t like it when I said I didn’t want the stuff they rang up. Even said it’s only 5.00.

New store manager at this location. Came in to get laundry soap and used the coupon app and when i got to the car i noticed it didnt come off. Went back in and the manager working told me to call corporate for them to fix it. Mined you i used to work for the company for 5 years and if a customer brought this to my attention i would of fixed it for them. The shelf even had the coupon sign hanging under as well so thats not my fault. Never going to this location again.
