Well,just a big disappointment about this shop.although scheduled early in the morning prior a week but never showed up on time yet.says the shop open at 8:30am .forget it!You feel Lucky if you would’ve open the shop .Never trust of this workmen’s job either.sorry do not recommend.moreover they quoted the price different than actual and cost you a lot .

Dave Heinold and his assistant Sean, did an INCREDIBLE JOB on my headliner for my 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII! It looks AWESOME! Dave and Sean were aware of my vehicle's age, and took GREAT CARE of my baby! THANK YOU DAVE AND SEAN!! BTW, Dave reupholstered my 2 front seats on my 1970 Ford Mustang, 30 years ago! To this day, they still look incredible! Trust me when I say, Dave is the man!!

Had to return a couple of dashboard panels to them today to redo. They tried to tell me that the problem was due to lumps in the plastic. However we peeled back the vinyl and proved that this was not the case. They agreed to rectify the problem so I left the panels with them. I hope they make good on this and will update this review when I receive them back.Today they called and notified my that the panels were ready for pick up. They had recoverd the panels to a good standard and I was very satisfied with the work.

We took my 2001 4 runner in to repair a rip in the drivers seat. We were very pleased with the service and finished job. A great experience.

I've made an appt to take my car in to replace the headliner inside the car. The price he quoted was substantially lower than Dealer's quote. I'm taking it in today. Wish me good luck!

Not only did everything reek so badly of tobacco that I had to leave it outside for a week to air, the stitching has already opened up on a cushion. I had 3 pieces re-upholstered. The sofa is now so hard I can't stand to sit on it. One cushion is opening from shoddy stitching. The cushions don't sit all the way back on the seat as they should. It was a complete waste of money. Additionally Dave refused to take a credit card and insisted on a check, making it impossible to dispute his work. I'll have to purchase a new sofa as they ruined my $3,000 one.

If there was less than one star these guys would deserve it. Absolutely worst craftsmanship I have ever seen on upholstery work. Their Customer Service is horrible. Took my truck to them a few weeks ago to have a small panel on both seats repaired and then re-padded. Stitches were very crooked, not straight at all. They used old couch fabric and padding to supposedly "re-pad" both seats. Not only were stitches crooked and used material used in repair, they broke drivers side lumbar support adjuster when they removed seat back and tried to say it was already broken when I brought it in to them. I have a bad disc in my lower back and use the adjuster all the time. It was not broken. I had to take passenger seat back adjuster apart myself and fix it after they reassembled it wrong and you couldn't even sit in the seat because the back was leaned so far forward. Again they claimed "it was like that". On top of everything else, they invited me into their work room to "show me what was wrong" with my drivers seat after THEY screwed it up, and after getting nowhere I just told them to put it back in the truck and I would leave and not be back. They then immediately told me they were going to call the police if I didn't get out of their work area, when they were the ones who told me to come in there in the first place! I have been in and around the automotive industry for my entire life and have NEVER seen this kind of crap work and unprofessionalism. DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!
