Joel . "10" Stars .., I'm a retiree ..pennies count. . saw Joel after rejecting 10+ dealers..dealt with him thru 15+ buy/sells.. He is staight-forward/ honest to a fault ( ..He's a "mensch") and don't let the store throw you......his real business is international on the web.

Joel, who works at Dale's Coins, was amazing. He was so kind and helpful to my two boys who love coin collecting. He was patient and answered their questions. He helped them to locate exactly what they were looking for (a time saver). The store is well organized too. If I lived in the area I know my kids would ask to come back here often. They really enjoyed themselves.

Very friendly. But doesn't remember you or who you are no matter how many times you stop in to the shop and introduce yourself and do business transactions...Buys items at an ok price.He is very knowledgeable and he knows precisely what things are worth. He works with graders from professional grading companies to get his quotes so he knows what to offer to you so he can still make money.His negotiation is to tell you that you don't know the pricing and that you spent too much or are over valuing it. He tries to buy things at about 33% less than you can sell them on ebay for or about 50% of what its actually worth. So whatever he says, double it and that's the price your item is worth.But to be fair, that's how this industry is at all coin silver gold collection shops throughout the USA.These shops are emergency selling shops. Don't sell to any coin shop unless it's an emergency, otherwise ebay is the spot to sell at if you can wait a month for a buyer and your money.Dale's is just another run of the mill coin shop with friendly staff.

Been selling to them for years my grandfather bought from them 40 years ago there's a reason they've been in business since 1980 . Great place very fair prices.
