Desperately needed a new nail tech and found this place by googling reviews of salons near me. Peter did an amazing job on my nails…he made sure that I was happy with the length and shape. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and accommodating, I felt like he was very appreciative and thankful for

I've been going to this place for at least a year, maybe more. although small and a bit shabby, they initially did a good job, it was affordable and conveniently located for me. I wanted to support them, but lately there have been too many times that I've had to deal with their poor time management, inattentive staff etc. and then today I decided to treat myself to the "Ultimate" pedicure, rather than the regular I usually get. the extra $15 promised all natural products (how unnatural are the regular products?), and a longer massage which is really important to me. they were fairly busy when I got there, and asked me to sit in a chair while waiting, which I don't mind at all if I'm soaking my feet in some hot bubbling water. but there was an inch of tepid stagnant water in which to relax in. the nail tech put more tepid water in, dumped the "Ultimate" powder in (which just stuck to my feet). the next "Ultimate " step of exfoliator was squeezed all onto one leg (supposed to be used for both) so there wasn't any left for 2nd leg, just rubbed for a few seconds, then onto the lotion part. I thought well, maybe the "longer" leg/foot massage would make up for everything before, but it lasted less time than I usually get for 15 less, maybe 3 minutes tops. I was disappointed, and mentioned this, but nothing was said like, sorry you weren't happy, what can we do etc. (especially as I am a known regular customer). all in all, I think I will be looking for a new salon ?

Excellent pedicure and manicure. The young man who did my toes and nails was very maticulous and did an exceptional job.

BTV nails is the best. Great value. Awesome massage chairs. My fiancee loves getting her nails done here and has got me into coming for pedicures.

This was my first time here and will be my go to place for my manicures and pedicures! As soon as I walked in, I was impressed. It was Mother’s Day and there were no women working. I asked about it and the owner said he gave them all the day off. As I was getting my toes done, the owner had two customers walk in and he greeted them both by name. In my mind, both of these things set this place apart from all the other nail places I have been to. I will be back!

Peter did an amazing job. I have went to many nail salons and his techniques are amazing he really knows what he’s doing.They were very friendly and welcoming. They offer their clients beverages. Their prices are not so bad it can on the night side depending on what you’re getting.

I was met with a smile and very friendly atmosphere. I have been a snow bird for 3years, was going to another nail salon in all that time, Decided to try BTV nails. Oh my goodness, I'm so glad I did. Fabulous job and I found my new place closer to home. Hugs

The man that did my nails was super sweet and gentle. I went in there with so many question and not really knowing what I wanted but he was very understanding and patient and the nails are beautiful and exactly how I wanted them.
