She was rude right when I walked in, this was on Sat May 25th. I was going to switch from metro to boost..With an attitude, she told me to get my account number and transfer pin, I said I wanted to look at the phones first, if I dnt like the phone, I'm not switching, anyways she tells me it's gonna be $150, I called boost a month ago and was told around $80, so I knew she was lying to me. The phone was worst than mine, she lied saying it wasn't, and its really her attitude that made me want to stay with metro. I'm not dealing with her if something goes wrong. Finally, I said what if something goes wrong with the phone, can I take it back? She said that I needed to tell her if I wanted it or not, so I said not..Absolutely disgusting behavior..

Firstly, I think Angelica should get the employee of the year award! Today she showed the fortitude of a true dedicated employee and made exemplary efforts to help me get new service and a new phone. I know this sounds over the top, but truly, after I spent a day and a half pulling my hair out trying to deal with my old provider, Angelica took the bull by the horns and wasn't going to quit until the job was done! It took I believe over an hour and more just to get the old company to work honestly with us! I felt bad about everything we were going through, because my husband even had to run home to get information that the previous carrier insisted they needed. They even gave the same run around during the time at Boost, only more so! Angelica is tough and she's not a quitter! You have a bright future, I hope your kind co-workers, will watch and learn. As a former business woman and writer, I am grateful for the manner in which you handled my sale and transfer. Enjoy your tip!

I wish no stars but we all know you have to leave one. Never ending problems with this place.I should have known the guy worker/owner acted weird the whole time, but I’ve been there before for another phone months prior.The then pregnant lady working there helped me no problem. Went in months later to treat my self to the new iPhone, The man was there forgot his name(I’ll find out soon enough) I assumed he was ok seemed very knowledgeable of the system. Sadly, I ran into many problems because of him. I was lied to that I had to change my phone number in order to get an iPhone. I later found out by several boost mobile customer service representatives that that was a NOT TRUE and weird. Then I don’t know what the hell he did in the system but I started to get a lot of fraud charges first $35 was being taken from my bank account every other month on top of my $25 monthly charge. Then a $101 charge!!!! I had to file several charges , I had to get a new credit card WHICH PIIISED ME TH F OFF!!!!! Thank god my bank refunded all that money back and is now monitoring my account. Boost wouldn’t help me they kept blaming my bank lol. So I canceled boost and went to T-Mobile which is better and cheaper! they made sure all was good and safe after I told them what happened. Be very careful!! I’ve been with boost for years NEVER had a problem till him. I’m reporting this place. If you are the owner or workers YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU DO! YOU COST ME MONEY, TIME AND A LOT OF FRUSTRATION! YOU WILL BE REPORTED! Boost did nothing to help me wouldn’t even suggest anything I was a loyal customer for years wow boost thanks a lot!! Well another company a better company took your place and money! . Pay attention to your bank statements pay attention to everything! Boost get your stuff together!!!! Report any weird activity!GO ELSEWHERE!! Hope this helped someone. Karma is real be careful what you do to people for a sale or for anything. But God is good I am safe and happy now.

Angelica was professional, courteous and thorough in helping me transferring my wireless service. The transfer process errored out due to a high security alert causing her to have to contact my current provider multiple times before the transfer was successful. She never got frustrated and had a great attitude! Thank you, Angelica!

The clerk was very helpful. He even emailed me when there system was up and running so I could pick up my phone.

We have been boost mobile customers for over 10 years and unfortunately I can say this is the worst boost mobile store I have had to deal with. My wife and I have given them multiple opportunities and they keep coming up short. The wife that operates this retail location does not ever seem to know the prices or how to activate the phones and always has to call her husband. I have easier times dealing with boost customer care and that's saying alot. I always want to support local business but it is worth driving past this boost to another location.
